Chapter 36: Song Shilin’s Heartlessness (2/2)

Qi Yan takes a big step back, “but it’s not me who has betrayed you. How can you do that to me?”

“You know the truth, but you choose to go away.” Song Shilin’s deep eyes are just like a pool of stagnant water, as if nothing can change his expression.

At least, the one who can make his emotional fluctuation again isn’t Qi Yan.

Secretary Chu watches the cartoon with little Watermelon in his arms not far away. After seeing Qi Yan running out angrily, he hesitates for a while, and then takes little Watermelon back.

Secretary Chu says seriously, “Yes!”

Little Watermelon hesitates for a moment, walks over, hugs Song Shilin’s thigh, feeling the sense of security, and says in a childish voice, “Uncle song, May I call Papa?”
