It was very possible for Jun Yixie to simply sacrifice Ning Cheng entirely. However, Long Feiye still didn’t want to risk it.

He said, “If you go in, it’ll be harder to save the rest of them.”

The best choice was to keep dawdling with Jun Yixie until he showed them all the other hostages. It’d be even better to lure him out of Tiger’s Prison.
