41 6 Tails In Control (1/2)

With 3 members of Akatsuki dealt with, Naruto and his gang decided to take a breather and sat down on the side looking at Kakuzu getting thrashed around like a bag of sand.

”Are we really going to watch this happen?” Kakashi said in a low voice as he looked at Kakuzu who had entered his final form by calling back his mask monsters.

3 of his mask had been broken and by looking at the situation he could at most last 2 more minutes.

”Of course. It will be easier to talk with 6 tails once he vents out his anger.” Naruto looked at the fight with a smile.

Meanwhile, Kakuzu was sweating like a pig as he realized there was no way out of this mess. His three partners were already dead and he himself had no way to deal with this Jinchuriki. He didn't even dare to think about fighting the three sitting behind him.

Just as he was thinking of his escape route Six-tails attacked again and this time he just stood there and let himself get hit.

Utakata's dark red hand punched Kakuzu right in the middle of the chest sending him flying through the forest and one of his mask on his back cracked. But despite having his mask broken Kakuzu displayed a smirk and kicked the ground sending himself deep in the mist.

Six-tails had launched him on the opposite side of where Naruto was resting. Instead of blocking the blow or dodging them Kakuzu decided to sacrifice his mask and use Six-tails punch to propel himself towards another direction.

He knew the mist might not be able to hide him from the trio but he decided to take the chance. If Six-tails lost his target then it would change his attack towards the Naruto and co. If that happened then he might just survive.

With this thought in his head, Kakuzu gave his all into his leg and blasted himself towards the sea. As long as he could get himself in the water then there was a chance of survival.

”Ugh, I should have refused the mission when Pain decided to have 2 teams moving for the same target,” Kakuzu grumbled as he ran for his life. He was already thinking of refusing since the reward would be split 4 ways but accepted anyway since Pain had given the order. He had nothing but regret for choosing this mission.

Kakuzu gave out a smile seeing the Ocean was just a few steps away from him. There wasn't any noise behind him which gave him relief. Six-tails had probably changed its target towards the trio which would keep them busy.

Just as he was about to jump in the ocean, Kakuzu heard a loud boom behind him. Turning back he saw a giant ball of chakra shaped like a Shuriken heading straight for him. The giant trees and rocks in its path were obliterated. He dodged to the side but one of the blades of chakra shuriken managed to slice him in half and exploded once it landed on the ocean.

Meanwhile, Naruto was standing in front of Six-tails with his Kurama's chakra activated. Yellow chakra cloak covered him in bright light and his red eyes with vertical slits gave out a menacing aura.

”No wonder they call him a Yellow Nightmare,” Kakashi said as looked at the explosion happening afar. Since Naruto didn't act much afterward, the RasenShuriken he just threw probably hit its mark. The range and power of that technique was something he never expected from Rasengan.

”Mm, Yellow Nightmare is a fitting name indeed,” Guy said from the side in a serious manner. Looking at the chakra levels of Naruto, he expected he needed to open at least his 7th gate to fight equally with Naruto.

Utakata who was under Saiken's influence gave out a roar and launched himself towards Naruto. The speed was as fast as Guy in his 6th gate as Utakata arrived before Naruto in a blink.

Just as the punch from Utakata was about to land on Naruto, 9 tails emerged from his back and pinned Utakata down on the ground. Utakata struggled as his red body turned blue and acted like a snake trying to get out of Naruto's grasp but he was not successful.
