30 Dinner Outing... (1/2)

”Hey pretty lady, what is going in your mind? I never knew your little brain is so dirty” Xian whispers in Anna's ears making her open her eyes in shock and her face turning to red due to embarrassment.

Anna tries to push him away with all her strength but what difference will it make for a well build guy after getting a tiny push from a girl. Xian comes closer after Anna's struggle and this time touches her lips and places a quick peck. He withdraws his lips and stares at Anna who opens her eyes again with her breath going uneven due to the sudden body connect. Xian moves again to kiss her back but both get distracted due to the sudden bell at the main door.

Seeing Xian off guard she pushes him hard to get away from him and rush towards the main door.

”Hey I am back, hope Stacy didn't bother you much” Lara speaks up smiling.

”Not at all Lara, she is a sweetheart. She is sleeping in the bedroom, come inside and have a seat let me get her for you” Anna welcomes Lara inside and gestures her to take the sofa while she returns to her room to pick up Stacy but stays at the door after seeing Xian picking up Stacy in his arms. He grabs Stacy's bag in another arm while turning back to the door.

”Let me help you with the bag, hold Stacy with your other arm” Anna takes away the bag from Xian's hand and he wraps his other arm on Stacy's neck giving it a support. Both walks out of the room towards the hall and greets Lara.

”Let me take Stacy, Thank you so much Xian and Anna for taking care of her”

”It was nothing Mrs Smith” Xian replies back while giving away Stacy in her arms.

”Let me drop you till your house, how will you carry Stacy and the bag” Anna speaks up to which Lara rejects. ”It's nothing new dear after you become a mother. Shaun is waiting outside so he will carry the bag” Lara takes away the bag from Anna and bids goodbye again before walking out of the house.

Silence fills up in the house after the departure of Stacy and Lara and both of them stand in the middle of hall staring at each other. Anna realizes the awkward situation and coughs to distract Xian attention who was staring Anna for a longer time. She knew it's dangerous to stay near to him after the small moment they had few minutes back in the room.

”Let's check your temperature and if it's fine then let's grab something outside for the dinner if you are ok?” Anna finally breaks the silence.
