17 Goodbye... (1/2)

The rest two days goes off in a blink. It was the last day of Anna in Japan, she is pretty happy to finally go back to her place and relax from all this drama but she could feel an unknown pain in her heart as if she is leaving something behind. She shook her head again drawing herself away from such thoughts and meets all her colleagues before leaving the office. She collects all her luggage and finally starts for the airport. On the other hand Xian has planned for a surprise visit and was in flight from New York to Japan.

Xian lands at airport and Anna boards her plane. Probably the destiny wanted them to part their ways.

After travelling for more than twelve hours Anna finally reach London airport, she hugs herself after stepping out of the airport and smelling the pleasant air. ”I am back to my home, I missed you so much” She giggles while booking a cab in her phone. After placing all the luggage in the cab she gets on the back seat and tugs in the seat belt before requesting the driver to start the ride. She quickly grabs her phone and calls Susan. After few rings Susan picks up the phone.

”Darling guess what???” Anna screams in excitement. She made a plan to surprise Susan with the sudden visit and thus didn't inform anyone about her arrival except Mr. Xi as flight tickets needs to be booked via the company.

”What now Anna, speak up fast I am getting late for a meeting” Susan replies back while collecting her meeting documents.

”I am back darling, just boarded the cab and on the way to your office. Will pick you up and then will head to our regular place for lunch. What say???”

”WHAT...Lady, you should have informed me at least. I am in New Zealand now for a conference meeting and will be here for a month or so” Susan sits back on her chair holding her head with one hand.

”WHAT THE HELL...Susan I though of giving you surprise, why the hell I am not been made aware of your sudden visit to New Zealand” Anna replies back in disappointment.

”I am sorry babe it was a sudden plan and I just landed here few hours before. I thought of informing you by the evening. Will try my best to come back soon. Don't miss me too much. I have to rush for a meeting. Call you later” Susan hangs up the phone as her secretary walks in the cabin to call her out for the meeting.

Anna disconnects the phone and changes the location to her home.

On the other hand, Xian lands at Japan airport and orders Ciao to arrange the ride for office. The first thing he wants to do after reaching back is to see Anna's face which he has missed for almost two weeks. He was dying for the same. Ciao could sense his Boss eagerness and quickly arranges his ride. Xian was excited throughout the car ride and the moment the car halts at the office entrance, he jumps out of it and starts walking inside the building. The moment he enters the ninth floor, he could feel the change in the environment and his heart as if something or someone was missing which he ignores and walks up to the cubical where Anna use to sit. To his surprise the cubical was empty with no sign of Anna things on it. He was about to ask Alana when Ciao comes running towards him.

”Boss, let's go to your cabin I have some news for you”
