Possibly being the largest subspecies of gopher snake on average, with larger specimens being quite bulky for a colubrid snake. This makes Bulldoznake among the largest snakes.
They are usually yellow, with brown, white, black, or sometimes reddish blotching.
The blotching pattern is large blotches on top, three sets of spots on the sides, and bands of black on the tail.
Many color variations have been found, including albinos and white varieties. A scale count is required to distinguish juvenile bullsnakes from other juvenile gopher snakes.
Bulldoznake is a very powerful constrictor that eats almost anything that is quite smaller to it.
Their climbing proficiency enables them to raid bird nests (and birdhouses) to eat the nestlings or sitting mother.
The idea that Bulldoznakes occasionally eat other poisonous snakes is sometimes given as a reason for humanoid creatures such as elves, humans, or beastmen not to harm bullsnakes when encountering them in the wild.

Shinigami are also spoken about in legends after the war. According to them those who go out and return to attend to someone through the night must drink tea or eat a bowl of rice before sleeping, and it is said that a shinigami would visit if this was ignored.
A shinigami would possess people and lead them to mountains, seas, and railroads where people have died.
In those places, the dead would have a ”death turn” (shinigami), and as long as there is nobody to die there next, they shall never ascend even if they were given service, and it was said that people who were alive would be invited by the dead to come next.
