Chapter 120 - Tikbalang And Dullang (1/2)
Jomel sensed the attack much earlier before it was hurled through the air towards him by the unwelcomed Monster.
He can sense the Pressure committed by the beast in front, it is a Soul-Beast proud looking donned in golden battle armor that keeps shining because of sunlight.
It was a four-legged creature with hooves with an upper body of a small tribal fit human but its head is quite big that seems inappropriate to its body.
The surrounding beast that is quite similar to it only had two hooves standing in two feet.
Holding spears proudly like a guard.
They are quite big for a Monster, almost the same as the size of his newly evolved Empterror Soul-Beast.
While the on the front leading them are bigger than his empterror and was quite confident because it did not move on its standing position.
Jomel casually evaded the attack while carrying the weakened merectric, the electrified meercat.
He is not transforming to his combat form because he felt like the enemy is waiting for something.
Jomel's eye flashes with red lights, his pupil became crimson red.
Identify!
Tikbalang Knights
The Tikbalang is a creature of Fili folklore said to lurk in the mountains and forests of the Fili.
It is a tall, humanoid creature with the head and hooves of a horse and disproportionately long limbs, to the point that its knees reach above its head when it squats down.
The spear looks strong
Iron spearhead, made in a single piece, consisting of a socket formed from hammering the end of the shaft flat, then bending this around to form a slightly oval-sectioned cylinder with an open seam down one side, the ends gradually coming together higher up the shaft and touching.
There is no locator hole through the socket opposite the seam.
The socket tapers into swelling at the junction with the blade; this section has been hammered flat on the upper and lower surfaces.
The sides then flare out to a narrow leaf-shaped blade with a gently curving shoulder, the sides becoming narrower and slightly concave towards the tip of the blade.
There is a slight ridge running down the center of the length on both sides of the blade, giving it a flattened lozenge-shaped section.
The object is complete and intact, the metal an uncorroded opaque golden gray color.
Usually, normal Tikbalangs or Tigbolan scare travelers, lead them astray, and play tricks on them such as making them return to an arbitrary path no matter how far they go or turn. ...
In some versions, this normal tikbalang can also transform itself into a human form or turn invisible to humans.
They like to lead travelers astray.
Different from them Tikbalang knights are the protectors of certain areas and keep travelers from being lost to important areas.
They also combat warriors when needed to be! They are trained by their Battle Generals.
Filo is the country inside the Oshione Continent of humanity where Bone chompers are their Natural Beasts.
Jomel first scanned the surrounding guards.
He is impressed, these guys are tough.
The one in front again commanded his surrounding like the unit to attack him with golden spears.
Together, the eyes of the surrounding tikbalang knights flash with golden lights, Golden Spears suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
Added to the spear they carry, Together they threw their golden spears to jomel.
Jomel just casually evaded all of it like nothing, still carrying the fluffy merectric.
And then he scanned the Legendary Beasts in front.
The Dulling - pronounced DOOL-a-HANG also referred to as the Battle General Tikbalang - is a type of Fae originating from Fil folklore.
This sinister being appears as a man horse like a centaur or a woman connected to a horse.
They believe that they are only created for war, to fight and they are an absolute warrior.
Their weakness is that they seek too much for the honor!
