Chapter 5：Jurion (1/2)

”Where is Jurion?” Magnerion asked with a worry on his face.

Everyone turned their heads towards the automatic door as it opened, a man walked in.

”I am here father” said the man. He is the last male jeer defending planet Vastria a moment ago. He resembled Excellion in appearance except that he has more hefty built.

”Jurion! thank the Gods!” Magnerion sighed with a relief expression.

”Good to see you in one piece brother.” Excellion smiled.

”Tell me what is the situation in Vastria” Magnerion asked.

”Occupied by Yarraman's main forces father.” Jurion mumbled.

”This is getting worse, first Vornia and now...” with a troubled face on Magnerion . ”Can we reclaim the two planets?”

”This is unacceptable!” Magnerion slammed the armrest of his throne, ”We will lose this god forsaken war if this goes further”

”We agree my king. We need more resources and new power.” one of the generals meddled.

”Where are we with the experiment?” Magnerion asked.

The only flimsy man in the room wearing goggles and a lab coat answered. ”We are close my king but...”

”But what?”

”We need more powerful bloodlines my king, all the volunteers happened to die.”

”I will volunteer father!” Jurion interjected.

Magnerion refused. ”Certainly no! I can't lose you son.”

”Then let me father.” Excellion persuaded.

”No! Brother, you can't, you will be the next king! I can't make you do that! It is my responsibility to take the risk.”

”Don't be a fool Jurion, we all know both of us are qualified to be a king someday, and you are my little brother, let me do it, for the sake of our race.”

”Stop the both of you!” with an annoyed expression on Magnerion's face . ”Is there any other way Professor Grant?”

”I hope there is my king, but we lack time, in our current situation I'm afraid we only have three years for us to lose this war.” Grant said and bowed his head in regret.
