The prince walked towards the hugging duo with a smile.

”Bravo bravo. Lovely sculpture by the way.” The prince said as he smiled.

”Thank you.” Rei said giving the prince a side glance.

”Would it be fine if I purchase this sculpture from you? Of course if you want to keep it, then it's also fine.” The prince said not having any visible reaction towards Rei's dismissive glance.

”What do you think Bai Wu, do you want to keep it?” Rei asked as Bai Wu's opinion for this was more important for him.

”Umm...let's keep it here. Then more people can see how amazing Lei's sculpture is.” She said smiling.

Rei smiled before turning back to the prince with a neutral face.

”Since she said she wants to keep it here I won't take it with me. Goodbye.” Rei said as he didn't like the feeling the prince gave him. This was only further emphasised by his already high distrust for the human race.

”Ah wait, I also have something else I want to ask you about.” The prince said as he was about to reach out for Rei. Rei however frowned as he gave the prince a warning glare. The prince paused from the glare.

”I want to ask if you would like to join my faction. I'll provide you ample training resources and as long as you swear your loyalty to me, I'll even help make you a titled douluo.” The prince said throwing out an olive branch for Rei. While he and the rest of the royal family had wanted to just enjoy the event, he never imagined he would find such an hidden gem like Rei. Twin spirits, one to help him see details from what he observed happen in the first stage of the event, and the other was dual swords with extreme sharpness. He only knew this as the thousand year dream crystal needed very special equipment to even make marks on it. Yet Rei easily cut through it with his dual sword spirits.

”Hou~ and what makes you think I should dedicate my loyalty to you?” Rei said raising an eyebrow. Rei didn't know what the prince was thinking but he certainly isn't going to dedicate his loyalty to someone who just rocks up and say 'hey join me, I'll make you a titled douluo.'

”Eh?” The prince was slightly surprised when Rei asked that question.

'Was the chance to be a titled douluo not enough? The butler said that he didn't care for titles or material riches so surely power will interest the guy right?' The prince thought.

”I'm talking about being a titled douluo. the highest in the the spirit ranks.” The prince repeated.

”Yes I know, 9 rings, rank 90 and above. But what make YOU, think that YOU deserve MY loyalty.” Rei emphasised with a frown.

Bai Wu only giggled lightly as she knew Rei never trusted humans and one shows up asking for Rei's loyalty without a good reason.

”This....” The prince hesitated with his smile faltering.

”Since you have no reason for me to follow you, then I bid you farewell.” Rei said turning away with Bai Wu leaving a slightly frowning prince.

The prince walked away as he entered a lone hall way.

”Shadow 5, I want you to get Shadow 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 to kill this guy when he is alone. If I can't have such a talent then no one will.” The prince said as his face was cold.

”What about the woman.” A voice rang out.

”Hmm, bring her to me. It's not every day you see such a beautiful woman.” The prince said licking his lips.

”Understood.” The voice rang out once more.

The prince only smiled as he waited for the news.

”Oh you should have taken my offer when you had the chance.” The prince said as his footsteps rang out in the hallow hall way.

Rei was walking with Bai Wu when he felt presences enter his web of qi.

'so it's this type of human again...' Rei thought with a frown.

”1, 2, 3, 4, 5....so only 5.” Rei muttered as he focused on his senses.

”5 what?” Bai Wu asked.

”5 people that the prince sent to get rid of me. He is a person which can only be summed up as, 'If I can't have it, no one can.'” Rei explained pulling Bai Wu closer to him.

”Stay close.” Rei said as Bai Wu blushed and nodded absentmindedly.

'Lei is hugging me...Lei hugged me on his own accord.....Meaning Lei cares deeply for Bai Wu...Does it mean Lei loves Bai Wu with wife love?' Bai Wu's mind started to fantasise as Rei walked with her in his arms making sure that she is within his absolute zone so he can protect her. Walking over to the west plaza, Rei made sure he went to a place with less people so that they won't get caught in the crossfire. While Rei distrusts them, it didn't mean he will go and kill every human he sees but only ones that go against him.

”Come out, the five of you don't need to hide anymore.” Rei said as he stood in the middle of the plaza.

Five figures donned with black armour appeared as he circled Rei and Bai Wu.

”65, 65, 68, 64 and 67 not too bad but not enough.” Rei said as he summoned Tengoku and Kyoki.

The five of them attacked as Rei activated Samsara eye's and Absolute zone.

*Clang clang clang clang clang!

5 separate clashes could be heard as Rei deflected all 5 attacks easily.

”Bless of Wind!”

”Frost lance!”

”Iron Shackle!”

”Eagle thunder talon!”

”Might of a thousand!”

Rei only scoffed at their attacks as he swung Kyoki cutting the Ice lance with increased sharpness thanks to bless of wind. Twisting Tengoku into a reverse grip, Rei cut apart the chains trying to bind him and Bai Wu. Pivoting on his right leg, Rei kicked towards the Eagle thunder talon as he redirected the lighting to the ground rendering the ability usless. Rei was about to intercept Might of a thousand when Bai Wu moved.

Using her left leg to kick down the fist, Bai Wu used the person's momentum against them as she kneed him in the face with the combined power of his momentum and the force behind her knee.
