37 Marineford war finale (1/2)
Rei took off with Ace on his shoulders. Turning around he could see Whitebeard give Akainu one last devastating blow towards his ribs. The power which Whitebeard had put behind his punch had caused the entire marine headquarters to shatter.
”Holy shit, I still wonder how the fuck Akainu survived a dead on punch like that.” Rei said as he watched the devastation occur.
”But, unfortunately for Akainu. I'll finish the job.” Rei said ominously looking at where Akainu fell.
Rei watched as Whitebeard soloed the marines using his fruit. Taking this chance, Rei observed how Whitebeard fought and absorbing knowledge about his abilities.
”Zehahahahahaha!” A sudden laughter rang out as Blackbeard appeared with his crew. However, this time his crew wasn't as intimidating due to the loss of the more powerful members.
”Hmm fat bastard still has the balls to come here even with his shitty crew.” Rei said as he flew upwards. Just as he was about to fly in to help Whitebeard called out.
”REI! This is my fight. Let me teach this foolish son a lesson.” Whitbeard shouted.
”Fine Whitebeard i'll wait.” Rei said as he watched the fight from above. He had wanted to help but he respected the mans wish.
Rei watched as Whitebeard fought Blackbeard.
Blackbeards ability had allowed him to cancel Whitebeards, but whitebeards experience had overcome it easily. Just as Whitebeard was about to hit Blackbeard, Blackbeard pulled out a gun shooting Whitebeard in the stomach causing him to stop mid way.
Eyes wide, Whitebeard stood as he was bombarded by a rain of bullets until they ran out of ammo.
”Haaaaaa....Whitebeard...The strongest man...Such a shame...” Rei said watching Whitebeards last moments.
{A shame indeed....} Eve agreed whilst looking at Whitebeard.
”The least I can do is stop Blackbeard from taking his power.” Rei said just as Whitebeard confirmed to the world that One Piece is real.
”My turn now...” Rei said landing next to Whitebeard with Ace on his shoulder.
”Oi fatty, I know what your planning and I can say with confidence that I will bury you here with him.” Rei said emitting his conquerors haki.
”Who are you!!” Blackbeard shouted startled by the sudden appearance of Rei.
”Your worse nightmare...
I am the fire that lights up the underworld.....” Rei chanted as he is about to unveil the fire demon slayer integrated Unlimited Blade Works. Purple fire erupted in a circle around him.
”Purgatory is my body and lava is my blood”
A pillar of purple fire shot up towards the sky as the pressure increased.
”I have ruled over all layers of hell”
A spider web of purple fire spread out turning anyone who touches them to ash.
”Never submitted, never retreated”
Lighting started to flash as the sky's turned dark. This change had petrified Blackbeard, who then ordered his crew to attack but they couldn't get close with the fire spiralling out of control.
”Have made worlds cower with my blade”
The fire started to compress as the intensity increased. Opening up his palm towards the sky, the neon orb of purple fire gathered.
”And so I fight....DEMONIC BLADE WORKS!” Rei shouted pointing the orb downwards as it exploded with a purple light. Bringing everyone into his reality marble. As the light settled, everyone in the world could see a landscape of purple fire. Countless demonic blade stood tall emitting bloodlust. The fire flickered as they gave off a scream like sound. Humongous volcanoes stood in the distance spewing out lava.
”Now Blackbeard...I welcome you to your grave.” Rei said snapping his fingers. Fire coated chains shot out from the ground chaining up Blackbeard's crew. The purple fire caused them pain which made them unable to concentrate on getting out.
”Slaughter...” Rei said as the demonic blades unhinged them selves from the ground and shot towards Blackbeard's crew.
