That man was very loud. Everyone in the compound could hear him. People looked out of their windows at the commotion. Chief Xiao Dong owe money because of gambling? He owes that man more than 200,000?

Dong Xuebing took out his phone and called the Sixth Bureau. “Send two men to arrest that person outside! I want to see who is trying to frame me!” Dong Xuebing does not know that person.
