”Bella will be fine. The doctor is working on her.”
”Why did Bella try to kill herself? She's not alone. I was with her.”
”Vani. Calm yourself. Bella will be ok. Don't worry.”
Vani paced in front of the operating room. It's been a very long time but the doctor hasn't finished the operation yet.
Vani breathed a sigh of relief when she saw the doctor coming out of the operating room.
”How is Bella, doctor?” she asked when she saw the doctor.
The doctor removed the mask and began to speak, ”Thank God she's safe. If you are too late her life will not be saved.”
”Thank God,” said Vani relieved. She looked at her mother.
”Excuse me,” said the doctor with smiling.
”Trust me Vani. Bella will be fine.”
The news that Bella was hospitalized reached the ears of Ananto, Lutfi's best friend. The man came to the hospital with his wife.
Bella had regained consciousness and was taken to the infirmary. The woman didn't say much. Her eyes were empty and she had no zest for life.
”Bella, are you okay?” asked Ananto caring.
”Uncle Ananto,” Bella said quietly.
”You still remember me?”
”Of course I remember. Uncle is my father's best friend.”
”How are you doing?” asked Ananto again.
”Bella, I hope you get well soon,” said Ananto's wife, placing the fruit on the table.
”Thank you aunty, uncle. You don't have to bother.” Bella felt bad.
”We don't bother. You are like a child to us.”
”How are you uncle?”
”I'm fine.”
”Is uncle still working at the company?”
”No.” Ananto shook his head.
”Why?”
”Rere threw us out of the company. Her husband and stepbrother Rere destroyed us,” said Ananto, clenching his fists. The man held a grudge against Rere. Ananto hates Dino and Bara. The man played subtly. The man not only dumped him from the company but caused Lutfi to die.
”Why does uncle hate Rere so much?”
”She's the cause of all this. She's the cause of your father's and mother's death. She made us poor. She makes you giddy. I hate it.”
”Why does uncle hate Rere? She's a good girl.”
”She's very powerful. She took over the company.”soonaffecthatessoonthe ,
”Isn't the company her?”
”R-right. But she can't get rid of us. If it weren't for us, the company wouldn't be big. If the company was in her hands he might have collapsed and gone bankrupt. Instead of thanking her but she and her husband got rid of us.”
”Didn't you guys commit corruption?” Bella asked in disbelief.
”That's just her excuse to get rid of us.” Ananto lied.
”Are you telling the truth?” Bella still couldn't believe it.
”For God's sake. Uncle didn't lie. She killed your father, Bella. You can't let her be happy in your misery. You lost your father and mother. Rere has ruined your family. You can't just keep quiet. You must be strong. Don't give up. Don't waste your life. I hope you don't do that stupid thing again.”
”What do you mean Uncle?”
”Don't commit suicide again. You must seek justice, Bella. Don't let your father and mother cry in the grave. You have to avenge them. You are alone. Exiled. Rere lives happily with her husband and children. Rere should feel what you feel.”
”So Rere is the cause of all this?” Bella asked with trembling hands.
Ananto glanced at his wife. The man was happy because he succeeded in inciting Bella to hate Rere. Ananto will make them enemies. Ananto needs someone to destroy Rere and Dino. Bella's anger is needed to smooth the plan.
Ananto and his wife continue to incite Bella to hate Rere. He told lie after lie so that the revenge in Rere's heart burned even more.
”I won't let Rere live happily. I will avenge the death of father and mother,” said Bella full of anger.
”Good, Bella. You can't be weak. You have to be strong to fight with Rere. Let's make a plan to destroy their family.”
