Chapter 12:Looking for Baras Wife ( 1 ) (1/2)
Since Rere gave birth normally, she can go home. Rere only stayed one night in the hospital. Bara, Ainil, and Herman picked her up.
Rere looked at Bara sadly. There is a feeling of emotion that surrounds his heart to have a brother like Bara. Even though they are only half-brothers, the man's attention exceeds that of siblings. Rere did not expect her mother's marriage to Herman to have a brother as good as Bara. The man was at the forefront during her pregnancy.
”What is the name of this grandson?” Herman looked at the baby Rere. His eyes are teary because he already has a grandson. Hoping for a grandson from Bara, but what can his wife leave the child alone.
”His name is Leon. Call him Leon Pa.” Bara spoke looking at Herman. ”I already gave you a name. How are you?” Bara looked at Rere.
Rere nodded and was even more moved. She wiped her tears. Bara's attitude again made him feel cared for and considered.
”Thank you. Leon is a good name.” Rere grabbed Bara's hand.
To the house, Bara joked with little Leon. Ainil, who initially couldn't accept Rere's pregnancy, melted when she saw how cute and adorable Leon was.
”You give your milk, Re. It's better than formula milk,” said Bara while playing with Leon.
Bara didn't want to let Leon out of her arms. Honey, it has grown. Loving Leon since he was in Rere's womb. It's nothing. Seeing Leon the man remembered his wife. Herman and Dian said Bara had divorced his wife but the man didn't believe it. Bara knew that Dian and Herman were lying to her.
Bara was sure his wife was pregnant when he left her. The belief was there because Bara had morning sickness and had no appetite for nine months. Zico, Dian's husband also experienced the same thing when Dian was pregnant with Alana. If only Bara's memory had returned, maybe he could find out where his wife was.
”Oh, how handsome this child is,” said Tia when she visited the house. Tia now works as Bara's secretary.
”Similar to that man,” whispered Rere disappointed. ”Why doesn't Leon look like me?”
”His name is Leon?” Tia diverts the conversation not wanting to discuss Leon's biological father.
”Bara gave that name to my son.”
”Re, you are lucky to have a brother as good as Pak Bara. It's rare to have a half-brother like him. You could say it's rare.”
”Bara's services have been very big in my life. If it wasn't for Bara, Leon and I wouldn't have been accepted into this family.”
”Tia I want to return the favor.” Ree gripped his best friend's hand tightly.
”Reciprocate how?”
”Do you know if Bara has memory loss?”
”Yeah, I know. Re…” Tia looked around to make sure there was no one around Rere's room. Tia locked the door to Rere's room from the inside and put Leon on top of the crib.
