12 So Much Drama (2/2)

Hearing those words Fan MeiLi looked at the guy with a confused expression and tried to get away only to be held in a tight grip. The lady who was arguing with him had a sad face and tears running down her as she listens.

”No! You're lying!”

”I'm not. I told you it was over but you wouldn't believe me, I found someone else.” He said with no emotion on his face.

The lady started to shake and Fan MeiLi wanted to explain only to be gripped tighter by the man. To the lady, it seemed that they were embracing in a passionate way and it only broke her heart. Not wanting to see anymore the lady ran away in sobs. When she was long and gone the man finally let Fan MeiLi go only to face with a cold glare.

Fan MeiLi hated others who didn't have the courage and will to break a relationship but had to lie and hurt the other party. Before the man could speak she cut him off in a cold way, ”I don't want to hear whatever you have to say. I hope we never meet again, sir.” She then went into the building without sparing him another look.

The guy just stood in place as he watches Fan MeiLi walk in the apartment building with an open mouth. Usually, girls would be an honor to name his girlfriend even if it was a lie but when Fan MeiLi didn't give him time to explain it only piqued his curiosity. He was China's number one star Fei Hong, and nothing stopped him from getting what he wanted.

For the second time today with Fan MeiLi's notice she had attracted the unwanted attention of another powerful force in China.

Fan MeiLi walked into her apartment and threw herself on the sofa, and closed her eyes. She has been finding it so hard to keep a low profile since returning to China. She glanced at the picture on the wall and had a small frown on her face as she remembers her promise.

She always believes going with the flow of things would be the best path but everything has been crazy lately. Out of nowhere the face of that rude guy from the elevator popped in her head making her sit up in shock. Why in the world would she be thinking about that guy, shaking her head she cleared her mind?

Getting ready for bed she calmed herself and tried to forget all the events that happen today, so she could start bright tomorrow. Fan MeiLi had no idea that fate was hard at work when she received an e-mail in the middle of the night.
