23 Chapter 23 (1/2)
The expressions on all of the peoples inside the room were amusing to say the least. Their eyes were twitching with annoyance and irritation. Except for one of course, it was none other than Glen Bladester.
Bastard like little devil was having a blast watching them with amusement and a smirk soon appeared on his lips.
If one don't know him better then they were sure to think of him as a mental patients. What he was saying were nothing but bullshit, even a toddler will realise it.
”Do you think we are an idiots? You dare says lies after lies with a straight face, what kind of education have you been having?!” One Glynda Goodwitch shouted angrily while pointing her riding crops at Glen.
Glen didn't even flinch as he keep his lazy look. He doesn't need to be feeling so worked up, he has experienced far more shit eating situation than this back in earth.
Being an Author and all, this level of pressure is not enough to make him cower. Though he still feel pressured and dominated when he was in the Xiao Long-Rose Family.
He was one of those peoples it seems. The one who got pressured when meeting your friends parents. One could only imagine what kind of expression would he be having when he got married....
Glen smiled at Glynda, his expression didn't change the slightest. ”You are wrong there. I did not lie.” Glen stared at Glynda while keeping his smile.
Ozpin frowned from the side, he was quite intrigued at what Glen was saying, ”You are right, you didn't lie. You only told half of that truth.” He said while keeping his expressions.
'Well so much for trying to be discreet... No matter, there's still a way.' Glen thought secretly.
Glen nodded his head, ”You're right. But i will not say anything about him. If you want to know something else then i will answer as best as i can.” He said with a smile on his face.
Neo however tensed her body. She could feel the tension in the air and prepared herself for the unforseen conflict that could happens at any moment.
That was noticed by Glen, but he ignored her as he was ready for anything. As calm and lazy he seemed on the outside, his body were in perfect position to attack and kill if necessary.
Glen was not willing to kill Qrow or Goodwitch, but Ozpin was a different matters. The old shit is not necessary for his plans, and even the shows, Glen didn't even like the old bastard the least bit.
So he didn't mind killing him for the better of his brain. He would be free of any headache if the situation turned grim.
