3 Chapter 3 (1/2)
It has been almost 4 hours since Glen walked deep into the forest, He was walking to the east… it was at least what he assumed as East, he actually didn't know where he was going. And yes, he is lost right now.
Lost in the middle of a forest… Alone, without direction and hoping fate could help him to solve his current problem.
Only a fool would do something like allowing fate to do whatever it wanted, and that is what this idiot is doing. 'This has gone far enough, I'm tired and too lazy to continue walking.' Glen decide that it was time for him to take a rest first. He then sat under a big tree that was hiding the hot sun from burning him.
After he sat down, he started to think about his current situation once again. With his eyes closed, Glen began his inner monologue. 'I need to find food and water, and if possible made some shelter for myself. But if that proof to be troublesome, then I guess living under the sky is not a problem too. First, I need to find water. That is the most important thing right now.'
Human could survive without food for a few days, but if there's no water, then human will not survive for long.
With his eyes still closed, Glen hoped that he didn't let out any negative emotion. He's too lazy to move right now, and having to fight in his lazy mode is not a good choice.
'And there's this problem… My body… The god actually turned me into a fucking Vampire… All I wanted was having an ability to turn into a bat. Then why the fucking hell did that old man… turned me into a vampire?!' Glen was feeling troubled inside, he was conflicted as to how he should be feeling, should he be feeling happy or mad? He didn't know, because being a Vampire has many flaw and benefit at the same time.
Just like right now, he was feeling a bit hot and more tired than normal. At least, that was what his sense were telling him. He 'know' that it was the sun that was effecting him, he should be faster, stronger and powerful than he currently is.
Though, he has many abilities tied to his racial traits. He could turn himself into a mist, merge with the shadow, turn into bat and summon a familiar to fight for him. But his body were heavily weakened during the day, and although the god kindly enough to not let light turned him into dust, he was still angry.
The reason he asked for an ability to turn himself into a bat was because it was his childhood dream to change into a bat and fly in the sky. Being freed of gravity and enjoying himself as he flown around. But being turned into a vampire is another matter all together.
Now that he has the time to think carefully, Glen has been checking his body for the past few hours since he moved deep into the forest.
He was wearing a black business suit, a black long sleeved under shirt, leaving the upper button unbuttoned. The only things that seems out of place were his shoes, it was a fucking black combat boots. He was out of place wearing that kind of outfit in the middle of a forest.
And not to mention that his body actually shrunk down. Before, he was around 5'9 but now? He shrunk down to 5'3. Did he turned back into a kid, or did he actually got trolled by the god? He didn't know yet, but he need to find out.
That is why he has been wandering around searching for a river or some kind that could show his face. He need to see for himself how he looked right now!
After a while of resting, Glen then continued his walk to search for water and maybe some food.
There's a lot of wild animal that he could hunt, but he was too focused and to engrossed in his thinking that he doesn't feel any hunger. He was feeling glad actually, a while ago, he saw an animal that got hurt and bleeding. But he didn't feel any urges to drink blood or anything like that.
After a bit of focusing himself, Glen then found out that he doesn't need blood for nourishment. He's like a normal human, but got weak during the day and crazy strong in the night. Anything besides that, he's basically the same like any other human. But with a longer fangs and he could grow his nails into claw.
