I closed my eyes for to focus on my hearing for a moment after i killed one of the wolves with the spear.

The last [ Ice shard ] i cast on them maybe just reduce their number a bit, there's still 15 of them now.

”COME..”

I try to provoke the wolves to attack me, i'm ready on my guard to face the wolves, i wonder if i can defeat all of them.

The wolves start to charging towards me, i want to use the Frozen Thorns spell to annihilate them all.

When this group of wolves start to close our distance, i'm getting ready to cast the spell, but suddenly a spark of lightning is about to hit me.

I'm able to dodge it in time, thanks to my sense strengthening i'm able to notice it coming, even though i notice it when it almost hit me, i'm still thankful that it didn't hit me.

-Who in the world cast it, i can sense no human around

At least in the 50 metres, there's no human being, i'm sure of it.

Suddenly the second lightning attack coming towards me again, this time it's coming right from my behind, from the wolves pack.

-It can't be right?

I never know that this magical beast wolf type is actually able to cast a magic.

-I guess the name magical beast isn't really just a name huh

I keep running after i dodge the first lightning strike, i want to keep a safe distance when i don't know who cast the strike, but after i'm sure that the wolf is the one that cast it, i can try to figure out how to fight back.

I throw a flying blade towards the wolves to see how they react to it.

Another lightning strike is destroying my flying blade, this time from above.

-Not only 1 spell huh, it's gonna be a bit troublesome

I see a different wolf in the back of the pack, maybe it's their leader, i can sense a mana flow on it's horn, it also got a kinda different fur color than the others, a dark blue and the eyes of him is like so red.
