”I promise. Promise me you will come back.” He pleaded now finally looking into her eyes.
The car became tensed again. She didn't know if to say the truth or just lie to please him. In the end she decided to say the truth. ”I can't promise you that Josh.”
”Why then are you doing this to me.” He asked. ”Why do you care about me? What am I to you? I just don't get all this I'm losing my mind with all this. Please. Tell me you will come back to me cause I need you to. Please.”
He didn't even know exactly what he was pleading for but as he sat down across her in that car he knew that he cared more about her than he let himself believe.
She might just be away for a few days yet he found that his heart couldn't take it. He feared that she might not return.
In fact if he wasn't a genius then his grades would be dropping because she was all he could think about after she came to live with them two months ago. She had become his life.
”I want you that's it that's all there it is to this. And I care about you. Jennie started to feel remorseful for all her moves on Josh and she really wanted to just end the torture of being in the same car with him.
