It was four in the morning, Theodore was soundly sleeping before an ear-splitting alarm rang.
*BLEEP! BLEEP!*
Theodore's arm reached out from under the duvet before it came crashing down on top of his digital alarm clock.
”Urgh,” Groaned with a low and heavy voice that made it clear he was displeased.
He flung the duvet off his upper body before opening his eyes. He blinked a few times in an attempt to adapt his vision.
Sitting himself up he stretched his arms out. He got off the bed and did a quick shake to get the blood moving.
Now standing he felt a slight pain and restriction in his joints.
”Argh It must be from yesterday's exercise argh,” Said Theodore as he begins to stretch his limbs.
After a second of stretching and not seeing much change, he commented painfully ”Argh it will only get worst if I stop exercising. It should be gone after a few days”
He quickly washed his face then had a Weetabix and sliced bananas with a cup of lemon tea.
Then he brushed his teeth changed into a pair of tracksuit pants with a black shirt.
He then made two clones, one to watch over his daughter while the other would help him in his streaming and exercising.
He stood in his living room while his clone's started helping him put on the weighted vest. He bought 3 kinds of wearable weights.
These were ankle weights and wrist weights that came to 5kg for each one, and a vest that weighed 10kg.
In total, he was wearing 30kg a ridiculous amount that frankly weighed him down even more than his current weight.
Admittedly it's not a great weight but for someone who hasn't done any training in over 3 years is too much.
The weights will also constantly act on him in every exercise.
Theodore would normally not do something as dangerous as wearing weights on his second of exercising but it's different now as he has a step by step routine to follow.
He looked at his Inhume Beast exercise and said ”Hopefully I don't become a cripple after this”

Four weeks of intense weighted callisthenics training. Passive skill Technique Pro Master Level. The skill will constantly fix and adjust exercise techniques to be perfect and flawless.
Do all the exercises in the order shown, resting 10 seconds in between exercises and 3 minutes afterwards. Repeat for 3 rounds. Wearing a total of 65LB (29.4Kg) in weights. 5LB (2.2Kg) on each wrist and ankle with a 45Lb (20.4Kg) vest.
1• Jog 300 meter
2• 10 pull-ups
3• 25 jump squats
4• 10 chin-ups
5• 20 dips
6• 100 meter dash
7• 20 pushups
8• 50 crunches
9• 10 jumping burpees
10• 30 seconds jumping rope

Looking at the passive skill he felt relieved knowing that he won't injure himself with doing a certain action wrong especially since he's wearing an additional 65LB (29.4Kg).
He then checked if it was added to his skill, so with a thought ”Search, Status”
