His lips touched his wife's forehead before he asked, ”Why are you here?” He lowered his gaze to the little princess and took her from her mother's arms. ”Li Xue is getting heavier these days. Let me carry her.”

Li Qin Yao laughed as she watched how her daughter kicked her legs around as she was being lifted by her father. Zhang Yu Han started to kiss the princess's chubby cheek, causing a frown to appear on her face.

”Aren't we going for dinner with everyone later?” Li Qin Yao glanced at his table and saw a few documents on his table. ”You were too busy that you have forgotten?”

”Hmm.” Zhang Yu Han looked out the window and noticed that the sky will turn dark soon. ”I didn't realize that it was this late.”

He did not think that he would spend too much time discussing with Qi Ming Wei and thinking about it. As his conversation with Qi Ming Wei came to his mind, Zhang Yu Han turned his head to look at his wife again. Noticing her expression, Zhang Yu Han guessed that his wife had heard about what happened to her cousin.

”What's wrong?” He pretended that he did not know a thing.

Li Qin Yao lowered her head and leaned on his ċhėst. Unfortunately, it was not easy to get a space as the little princess was also in his arms.

”Let's put Li Xue in her stroller first,” Li Qin Yao suggested. She pushed the stroller and watched as Zhang Yu Han placed their daughter on it.
