Chapter 305 - Visiting Country C (2/2)

Zhang Yu Han turned to his wife and raised a brow as if asking for her opinion. He watched her shook her head and answered, ”It's fine, Auntie Hao. We have eaten in our flight earlier.”

”Then, You must be tired after a long flight,” Auntie Hao said. ”Young Master go and take Young Madam to rest upstairs. Madam has already instructed me to clean up your room a few days ago. Then, when Master and Madam return, I will call you for dinner.”

”Hmm,” Zhang Yu Han nodded. ”Thank you, Auntie Hao.”

As Zhang Yu Han went back downstairs to get their luggage, Li Qin Yao walked around the room to look at the space where her husband spent a lot of time in there after high school and until he graduated from university.

Li Qin Yao could not help but notice how his room in Country C was slightly different than his room in Zhang's residence. Zhang Yu Han's room in here had this slightly more mȧturėd feeling than his room in the Zhang's residence.

Here, his room was filled with books in foreign languages. It was clean, simple, and more organized.

Just as she was looking at some pictures and trophies in the glass cabinet, Li Qin Yao felt her husband embracing her from the back. A smile curved on her lips as she enjoyed his warm embrace.

She always liked it whenever Zhang Yu Han gave her a back hug. She liked that feeling of how his strong arms enclosed her small frame and how he would rest his head on her shoulder, or sometimes on the top of her head.

Feeling his warmth on her back made her feel safe. It was as if she did not worry about whatever danger that would come from behind her because her husband would be there to shield her and protect her. It was such a wonderful feeling. But of course, she had never said these words to him.

”Didn't you say that you are tired? Why don't you go and take a nap? It will be a while before mom and dad got off work,” Zhang Yu Han said. He then rubbed his nose into her hair and kissed her ear.

Li Qin Yao leaned her back on his strong ċhėst. ”I saw this room and got curious to see the room where you grew up. This house is pretty huge. It's bigger than Grandfather's mansion back there.”

”I'll take you to walk around this house later.” Zhang Yu Han chuckled. ”Back then, Grandfather and my late Grandmother spent a lot of time in Country C. This is like their second home. It was when my Grandfather decided to return to focus the business more locally that he handed this place over to my dad.”

”Later, I will take you to walk around and show you where I studied,” Zhang Yu Han said. Once his wife placed down the picture back on the table, Zhang Yu Han quickly lifted her into a princess carry and brought her into bed.

”What are you doing?” Feeling that soft and comfortable mattress under her, a thought came to her mind, and she eyed her husband cautiously.

Zhang Yu Han slid at her side and pulled his wife into his embrace. ”Stop thinking too much,” he smiled and kissed her cheek. ”Mom and dad said that they will return before dinner. Let's just take a few hours nap and wake up before they come back, alright?”
