Chapter 276 - Sleeping Arrangement (1/2)

After the dinner ended, Zhang Yu Han drove back to their apartment with Xu Yilan tagging along with them.

It was decided before that Xu Yilan will be staying with the couple for the night, and the two would send her back to B City the next morning.

Her daughter has been married to Zhang Yu Han for a few months, but this would be the first time for Xu Yilan to visit the newlywed's house. Although Xu Yilan knew that her son-in-law would treat her daughter well, she was still curious to see their living place.

Once Xu Yilan walked into the apartment, the couple gave them a short tour to their house before Li Qin Yao showed her mother to the guest room.

The mother and daughter spent their time chatting for almost an hour. Seeing that her mother was tired and wanted to rest, Li Qin Yao left the room to find her husband.

When she walked in, Zhang Yu Han had just walked out of the shower and was drying his hair with a towel.

Her gaze lingered at his ċhėst under the bathrobe for a few seconds longer before she reached for the towel in his hand to help him dry his hair. Seeing the eager smile on her face, Zhang Yu Han could only sit down on the chair as he let her do whatever she liked.

”How's mom?”

”Good. I guess she's still trying to get used to staying here for the night,” Li Qin Yao laughed. Once she had finished helping him to dry his hair, Li Qin Yao put her arms around his shoulder and pecked at his cheek.

Before he could pull her onto his ŀȧps, his wife had already escaped him by heading into the bathroom and locked the door behind her. Zhang Yu Han could only watch her disappear and sighed helplessly.

While his wife was taking a shower, Zhang Yu Han went out to his study to check on a few work matters. When he came back to the room a few minutes later, Zhang Yu Han was surprised upon seeing that his wife was on her way out with a pillow on her arms.

”Where are you going?”

Li Qin Yao followed his gaze and saw that he was staring at the pillow in her hand. Being the mischievous girl that she was, Li Qin Yao thought to tease her husband a little bit. ”I'm going to sleep with my mom. What's wrong?”

”Why are you going to sleep with your mom?”

”I haven't spent with my mom for a long time,” Li Qin Yao said. ”Now that my mom is here, of course, I would want to spend time with her. It has been a long time since I slept with my mom.”

His face darkened. He did not like this sleeping arrangement! Zhang Yu Han could not understand what was it with women and sleeping with their mother? As a grown-up woman, why do they still wanted to sleep with their mother?

Zhang Yu Han recalled that in the past, his sister, Zhang Yu Ying would often shoo their father away because she wanted to sleep with their mother whenever she was on her semester break.

This was something that he could not understand.
