Zhang Jing looked at the couple in front of him and chuckled. It was not hard to guess that his grandson did not want him to agree.

Now that his grandson finally got himself a girlfriend, it seemed that he would rather spend his time with her instead of an old man like him. Fortunately, his future granddaughter-in-law would always think of spending time with him.

”It's fine,” Zhang Jing let out a small sigh. ”I have a checkup with the hospital in a few days. I'm supposed to be on a diet. It wouldn't be fun to have a meal with me. Let's wait for a few days. Besides, I already plan to stay and teach Yu Ying a few things. The two of you should go and have fun.”

Anyway, Zhang Jing thought that it would be better to let the two of them cultivate their feelings without other people's intervention. If things go well for them, perhaps, he would be able to see his great-grandchild sooner.

After checking with Zhang Jing again, the two of them finally left the office.

Of course, the employees in the company once again started to gather to peek at Director Zhang's girlfriend once they heard that the two were leaving the office together.

Now that Li Qin Yao had known that the employees love for gossips, she was more aware that the people were looking at her. However, as she glanced at Zhang Yu Han, she could tell that he was not even affected by his employees' stare.

As they walked into the elevator, Li Qin Yao tugged on his sleeve and spoke. ”Zhang Yu Han. Have you not realized that your employees have been staring at us?” She saw the way he tilted his head sideways and continued, ”I heard from Secretary Tian today that, from the last time that I came here, they have guessed that I am your girlfriend.”

Zhang Yu Han chuckled. ”It's good to know that my employees have good eyes. They can see that we look good together.” He helped to push a few strands of hair behind her ear and continued to look at her face.

After a few seconds, Li Qin Yao started to feel her face heated up because of his stare. ”Why are you looking at me like that?” She put both hands on her face and frowned as a thought crossed her mind. ”Zhang Yu Han, do you think I have turned a few shades darker after spending too much time under the sun?”

”Really?”

His gaze softened at the thought that his girlfriend will have to spend more time under the sun to visit the construction site. However, this was her work and something she enjoyed doing. He did not want to prevent something that she liked to do.

”I don't think there's any difference,” he continued to stare at her. ”For me, you are always beautiful to look at.”

Li Qin Yao felt her toes curled up in her sneakers and she lowered her gaze shyly.

Recently, she had found that Zhang Yu Han was very good at speaking sweet words. Most of the time, he would turn her speechless, and the smile on her face would become apparent.

Of course, because of his voice, the words he spoke had double effects on her.

Once the elevator reached their floor, Zhang Yu Han wrapped his arms around her shoulder and led her to his Cayenne.

”Right,” Li Qin Yao spoke as Zhang Yu Han slid into the driver's seat. ”We are meeting a few suppliers for the project next week. Don't forget that you should attend as well.”

”Of course I will be there,” Zhang Yu Han said. He put the keys in the ignition and turned to his girlfriend. Noticing that she had not fastened her seat belt, Zhang Yu Han leaned forward to help her before he took the opportunity to kiss her lips lightly. ”Where are we going?”
