Chapter 130 - Spilling a few of Her Brothers Secrets (1/2)

The four of them had their meals as usual where Zhang Yu Han and her grandfather continued to argue about the elderly man's eating habits. In the end, Zhang Jing sent a pitiful look to his future granddaughter-in-law, and Li Qin Yao then turned to her boyfriend with the same pitiful look.

Zhang Yu Ying, who was watching everything from the sides thought that the exchange was amusing. Since her sister-in-law seemed to be her brother's weak spot, Zhang Yu Ying decided to go through Li Qin Yao whenever she needed something from her brother.

Zhang Jing was happy that he got to eat an extra piece of his favorite spareribs. To show his appreciation, Zhang Jing then clipped at another piece of spareribs and placed it on his benefactor's bowl.

”Thank you, Grandfather,” Li Qin Yao smiled.

”Haha. Qin Yao, you're so thin. You should eat more of them,” Zhang Jing said happily.

With Zhang Jing looking at her, Li Qin Yao picked up the sweet and sour spareribs and took a bite. The spareribs were tender and full of flavor. Li Qin Yao thought that it was worthy for Zhang Jing to label it as one of the best spareribs.

”Is it good?” Zhang Jing asked.

Li Qin Yao nodded. ”Un. Delicious. Grandfather, no wonder you liked the restaurant's spareribs so much.”

Zhang Jing laughed happily when it seemed as if he had gotten Li Qin Yao's approval on the food he suggested.

”Qin Yao.”

”Huh?” Li Qin Yao turned around when she heard Zhang Yu Han calling out her name in his deep, low voice. Her eyes widened when Zhang Yu Han suddenly leaned towards her.

Just as she was wondering what was Zhang Yu Han going to do, that man had already wiped the corner of her mouth with a napkin.

”There's a sauce stain on your lips,” Zhang Yu Han spoke.

”Oh.”

”Don't just eat those spareribs, eat more vegetables too,” Zhang Yu Han said. He picked some stir-fried eggplant and put it into his girlfriend's bowl.

”Oh.” Li Qin Yao nodded.

Zhang Yu Han picked up another piece and put them on his grandfather's bowl. ”You too, Grandfather.”

Zhang Jing stared at the stir-fried eggplant in his bowl and frowned as a thought crossed his mind. That scene where his grandson was wiping Li Qin Yao's mouth was familiar.

Not long ago, Zhang Yu Han had done the same to him when he caught him having a meat dish when he was supposed to be on a vegetarian diet. However, although the scene was almost the same, why does he feel as if Zhang Yu Han's movement with Li Qin Yao was gentler?

Initially, Li Qin Yao was worried that the four of them will not able to finish the food. However, towards the end, the plates and bowl were empty. Zhang Jing then announced that he had ordered some desserts as well.
