Chapter 48: Four Consecutive Explosions

Li Yuebin carefully looked at An Wen’s eyes through the mirror before he started applying makeup on her eyelids. The girl’s thick eyelashes looked like two palm-leaf fans that were faintly fluttering when her eyes were closed. When she opened her eyes once the eyeshadow was gently applied there, her watery, almond-shaped eyes looked much livelier because of the pink eyeshadow that was brushed on. She simply looked delicate and lovely.

When Li Yuebin moved closer to look at her, An Wen assumed that he made a mistake while he was doing her makeup, so she said, “It’s alright, you can just wipe it off.”

“No, I was just stunned for a while, because your eyes are too beautiful,” Li Yuebin said before the corners of his lips curled upward; his gaze became gentler as well.

While the people outside were looking at the screen, Wu Lei said, “An Wen’s heart rate is only at 97, but Bin Bin is already at 120. He’s about to explode!”

Sure enough, Li Yuebin’s heart rate immediately skyrocketed to 126 the moment An Wen smiled. After that, the music played because it was time for him to complete the next task.

“Was I the one who exploded?” Li Yuebin bashfully asked.

“Yes, it was you!” Wu Lei loudly exclaimed.

Zhuo Shaoyuan, who was beside him, started complaining again and said, “Did he really have to spend so much time blabbering when he was just supposed to do her eye makeup? He was moving so slowly too. If he was a makeup artist in our crew, we would have definitely fired him.”

As the next task was “kabedon”, An Wen stood against the wall while Li Yuebin shyly placed his palms on the wall. He had to lower his head and look at An Wen for he was much taller than her.

Wu Lei, who was outside, looked at the screen and said, “It’s really impossible to tease An Wen. Her heart rate was 96 just now, but it dropped to 94!”

Li Yuebin was using the wall to support himself when he came out. Judging from his expression, he looked like he was about to cry when he said, “She’s really scary!”

Wu Lei replied, “Did you know that your heart rate nearly went through the roof again just now when you cornered her against the wall? However, her heart rate decreased.”

Li Yuebin sat on the chair, seemingly considering his life choices.

The third person who entered was Zhuo Shaoyuan, and everyone outside was cheering for him.

Right after he entered, Zhuo Shaoyuan immediately snatched the flowers from An Wen’s hands and flung them onto the table, leaving the girl stunned.

Outside, Xu Liangxuan yelled, “Why did you throw my flowers away?”

Zhuo Shaoyuan dipped the makeup sponge in water before he wiped An Wen’s hands. Meanwhile, Wu Lei who was in the other room said, “Liangxuan held her hand.”
