Chapter 25 (2/2)

An Wen was currently going to film the scene where Qing Sha and Xuanyuan Zun first met. Xuanyuan Zun had accidentally stumbled into the Jade Lake in the valley of Wuyuan because he was heavily wounded and trying to hide from his enemies. Qing Sha’s white gown fluttered as she stepped on the green lotus and landed in front of Xuanyuan Zun to ask him something.

The wirework was the most challenging part of this scene, but other than that, An Wen merely needed to look beautiful and ethereal. When he was talking about the scene, Ye Qiaofeng turned to her and said, “You just have to look pretty. There’s no need to show any emotion.”

A cold smirk appeared on the corners of Lu Maner’s lips when she heard that from the sidelines.

The cameras were rolling. Xuanyuan Zun limped toward the corner of Jade Lake while blood endlessly trickled down his chest. He finally collapsed on the ground when he could not stand it anymore.

There was clearly no wind at this moment, but the lotus flowers on Jade Lake suddenly quivered faintly before a beautiful woman in a white gown descended from the sky. When she stepped on the green lotus, she looked like a fairy that had landed before him.

Xuanyuan Zun was faintly stunned for a while when he saw her appearance. The camera panned to Qing Sha and zoomed in on her for a close-up shot now. Traces of coldness seeped through her beautiful gaze before she asked, “Who dares to trespass into my Jade Lake?”

“My name is Xuanyuan Zun. I accidentally came here because I was being pursued by my enemies. I hope that you’ll spare me, my saint.”

Everyone in the Moyun Continent knew that the saint of the Wuyuan tribe lived in the Jade Lake in Wuyuan Valley, which was a forbidden place to them.

“Xuanyuan Zun…” Qing Sha whispered. She remembered that her servants had mentioned a fearless man by that name who killed Bi Cheng from the Heiyun tribe.

“Are you being pursued by the people of the Heiyun tribe?” Qing Sha asked while the stern look in her beautiful eyes slowly disappeared.

“Yes,” Xuanyuan Zun answered before he fainted when he was unable to withstand it anymore.

Qing Sha kneeled down and briefly examined his wounds. She then reached her slender pale hand out and placed it on his head to heal his injuries.
