It was already close to midnight and the silver moon hung high in the sky like a great luminous pearl, illuminated the whole city.
At this moment, the elegant living room of the marquis's mansion was filled with people. The protector of the Djage Empire, Franklin Djage, sat upright in a sofa with Viviana and Shad next to him. As for Monalisa, she stood behind Shad like an obedient servant.
In front of them were two young women who looked exactly the same yet very different from one another. They were both supreme beauties capable causing downfalls of a nation. However, one of them had a cold and confident demeanor. Her body was unconsciously emitting a powerful murderous intent as though she was always in battle mode.
As for the other one, she looked very mature, calm and innocent compared to the other one. Despite looking the same, her appearance alone would brighten the eyes of others. She was very modest and elegant. She didn't look arrogant, nor snobbish with an oppressive aura. Instead, she was very polite and had great manners befitting a lady. There was no room for criticism unlike the other who looked like she could kill someone with the look on her eyes alone.
With soft brows and charming eyes, she had a gentle feature. She looked very tender and soft as water, Unlike the other one who looked like a walking weapon. She was the definition of an alluring beauty.
Currently, the gazes of everyone within the room were locked onto the two young women, and these gazes carried curiosity, surprised, jealousy. Obviously, they were interested in the two young women.
” So, you two are really sisters.” At this moment, the fiery temper Viviana couldn't help but ask the two young women with a surprised expression on her face.
Even though these two young women looked exactly the same, they were like two different persons. One was cold as ice while the other was gentle as water, generous and considerate. ” Of course, we are twins.” Answered the two young women in unison, one with a cold and melodious tone while the other used a gentle and alluring tone. One had an emotionless arrogance while the other was like a blooming peony in the spring.
The cold looking one had a weird expression on her face as though she couldn't understand why these people doubted that they were sisters despite looking exactly the same. Were they blind?
As for the gentle one, she chuckled a little before answering Viviana's question. Unlike her sister, she clearly understood why these people doubted that they were sisters.
These two young women were none other than Nina and her long-lost sister Mina. Apparently, the young woman that was captured by one of the members of the Eye was none other than Mina, the second descendant of Henry and the person capable of reading the Diary left behind her ancestor.
