Chapter 37 - Under The Moonlight. (payback is a bitch old man) (1/2)
The Imperial Palace
Within his room, Shad laid down on his bed with his face facing the ceiling. It's been two hours since his coming of age ceremony had ended, and everyone had gone their separate ways.
From his point of view, his coming of age ceremony had gone quite well. The only regretful thing about it was the fact that he wasn't able to teach the 3rd prince of the Nicholas Empire a lesson. If it wasn't for his great-grandfather breaking the mood, he would have challenged the 3rd prince on his own volition and made him see his true strength by himself instead of him looking in the sideline.
Currently, Shad had one thing on his mind and it was Henry's diary. He really wanted to read it now before he went to sleep but that old man was still monitoring his every action with his strong spiritual force. It seemed like this old man wasn't going to give up that easily and still thought that Shad might be able to read that book. Unbeknownst to him, Shad was all aware of his spying and did not dare to read it because he was afraid that he might not be able to hide his emotions when he finds out about the content of the book.
After more than one hour and Shad had pretended to fall asleep, the old man decided to give up and withdrawn his spiritual force. As soon as he did, Shad quickly opened his eyes. He did not immediately go read the book but stayed lying on the bed for another thirty minutes just in case the old man tried again.
Just when Shad had decided to go read the book after making sure that the old wasn't coming back to spy on him,
Suddenly,
A black hole which resembled a portal appeared within his room. Seeing this portal, Shad immediately knew who it belonged to.
After waiting for more than five minutes for the owner of that portal to appear, Shad made up his mind and went through it.
From his position, Shad had no idea where the portal lead, However, the person who cast it can see Shad's room and everything inside as clear as the day but Shad could not see the other side. It was like a tinted window.
In less than second, Shad made it out form the other side of the portal. He found himself on top of a huge mountain peak in the middle of the night. In front of him, was a woman. she stood there a few meters away from Shad wearing nothing but a small towel covering the bottom and upper part of her voluptuous body.
Looking at the woman in front him, Shad couldn't help but fell into a trance for a moment. The moonlight spilled onto her chest and shoulders. Under the moonlight, the woman was even more exceedingly beautiful, her long jet black hair freely draped behind her, reflecting a gorgeous sheen under the moonlight.
” You finally made it master. I was almost out mana and the portal was about to disappear.” She smiled sweetly as she was looking at Shad, swaying her delicate body while taking slow, gentle steps and walking towards him
” Monalisa, what are you doing?” He said as he used his uttermost willpower in order to force his eyes off her.
” Giving you your birthday present of course,” she said sweetly as she kept on moving forward.
” You know that I don't see you that way, plus I have no interest in any kind of romantic relations at the moment,” He said while his eyes were still glued on her perfect body.
” Master please don't resist. Even before I took the servant oath, I've already decided to serve you and give you my body and soul. You have no idea what you mean to me, and I am not doing this just because you took me away from that hell or because you are my master, so, please grant me this selfish desire. I love you, master.”
