Yu Mei nodded. That explains why this body is in such a condition, ''So, what can be done about my current condition?” She asked, pointing her finger towards her obese body.

Dr. Tony shook his head, ”You don't need to worry about that. If you take care of a few things, this condition won't be a threat to you. I'll prescribe some medicines. Just make sure to take them regularly and you need to work out at least once a day. Accompanied with the medicines, if you work out properly, you should be able to lose weight with a proper diet.”

Her expression stiffened at the last sentence.

''You don't have to starve yourself. Just make sure you are following a healthy diet routine. Once you've recovered, you can opt for any kind of food but you can never drop your workout schedule.”

After writing a few medications with instructions, he passed them to her.

It will be difficult for you to get pregnant and even if you are pregnant, there will be an increased risk of complications. By any chance, if you develop preeclampsia during pregnancy, then it might be life-threatening to both you and your children. It'd be best for you to not try to have kids in the future.”
