A weird voice flowed through my throat. The bones in my body seemed like they dislocated.

But I couldn’t even scream. My throat seemed to be clogged.

I felt pain as if all the blood in my body flowed backward, and every single hair was being pulled out. It was like being pressed back and forth by a trash compactor.

It hurt more than when I was injured from fighting the goblins and than when the goblin fighter’s rusty blade stabbed me.

Nevertheless, I was obsessed with not dying.

I desperately endured the pain. I bit my tongue, but soon my chin was twisted. It was bleeding.

No, it didn’t say that I failed. I am not a failure.

No matter how painful it is, I can endure this as long as I don’t die.

I am certain. Now I can fight the goblin fighters.

It’s still scary to carry a sword, but if possible, I’d fight the goblins with it. Now I have the power to keep myself alive in any situation
