Chapter 13 - Visit (1/2)

Lin Siyi looked at the buildings in front of her and was stupidly flabbergasted, “These… are all medical buildings?”

Nan Xueqing looked at her, “Never been here?”

Lin Siyi shook her head.

Where is this still some kind of medical room, it’s not even an exaggeration to say that it’s a central city hospital.

Lin Siyi followed Nan Xueqing as she walked until she stopped at a hospital room.

Looking at her, “I still have some things to do, I’ll come back for you later.”

“Okay, I’ll wait,”

Before the words “I will wait for you” had even been said, the female lead had already turned away very coldly.

Lin Siyi sighed, why are all the young people so impatient nowadays.

“Who’s out there, is it Nan Xueqing?”

“It’s not Nan Xueqing, it’s me.” Lin Siyi pushed the door open, “Xiao Rui, I’m here to see you.”

The smile on Xiao Rui’s face instantly disappeared, “What are you doing here?”

There was a moment of embarrassment at the other’s unabashed attitude, and she placed the basket of fruit she was carrying on the table beside her.

“I came to apologize to you, Xiao Rui.”

“Don’t say anything,” Rui looked at her, “I know you better than you think, so you don’t have to hide anything from me.”

Lin Siyi immediately jumped on the side of the bed and tried to close the distance, “I wasn’t trying to hide anything. I just wanted to come and apologize to you.”

“So you’re admitting that you did it on purpose?”

Lin Siyi hesitated, then nodded her head.

Nan Xueqing, who was standing in the doorway, narrowed her eyes and a sneer appeared at the corner of her mouth, then left.

“But I especially regretted it afterwards.”

Xiao Rui was stunned. The previous Lin Siyi would never admit her mistakes.

Lin Siyi held her hand smoothly, “Xiao Rui, I figured it out. You were right in the past, Nan Xueqing’s actually quite good. I was really blinded by lard in the past, I actually went against her in every way.”

“Now that I think about it, people as kind as Xueqing are really rare. I should go and learn her kindness instead of being jealous of her, so I’ve decided, from today onwards, I will never go against her again. She, Nan Xueqing, is my role model, I want to learn from her!”

I can’t believe that it’s only been a day or two, but the original owner’s best friend is so nice to the owner.

Lin Siyi nodded her head seriously.

“As long as you’ll forgive me, I’ll suffer no matter how much I’m wronged.”

Xiao Rui: “…..”

How does that sound like she’s bullying her.

The abandoned school building was filled with dust, when Nan Xueqing entered, her brows furrowed together.

The long corridor was dark and gloomy, and she suddenly stopped in her tracks to look at a classroom, where the lights flickered on and off.

A pair of eyes met hers, and Nan Xueqing pushed open the door.

“Meow,” the gray cat called weakly.

“Nan Xueqing.” Yang held the grey cat in his arms and got up and walked over to her.

“I brought something I wanted to give to Aversion to eat, but I never expected to see it like this.”

Yang gently touched the cat’s head, “It must have eaten something unclean.”

Nan Xueqing looked towards the grey cat that was weakly nestled in Yang’s arms.

Feeling the sight of his master, Aversion wanted to paw out of Yang’s embrace and jump into the other’s arms.

But it was so weak that it lost its sturdy grace and actually fell in mid-air.

Nan Xueqing reached out her hand to easily catch it and brought it directly into her arms.

Feeling the warmth of its master, it rubbed against her in a disgusted manner, then narrowed its eyes.

Nan Xueqing saw the blood mark on its neck disappear and stroked it, “Looks like it really ate something unclean.”

Yang approached and touched the grey cat as well, “Poor Aversion, I don’t know how long it will be miserable this time.”

Nan Xueqing looked at Yang in front of her. Her eyes were cold, “You put something out.”

Yang, “Nan Xueqing, are you doubting me?”

She walked to the corner of the classroom where there was a small nest and she placed the grey cat on it.

“Meow” the grey cat’s eyes were pitiful, not wanting to leave its master’s embrace at all.

Yang stood in the same place a little nervous.

Nan Xueqing, however, didn’t even give him a glance.

Passing by his side and walking towards the door.

“Xueqing, it’s not me. Please believe me, I would never hurt you.”

However, the other party didn’t even stop in her steps.

Yang walked to the doorway and watched the other party’s back as it drifted away, a pained look appearing on his handsome face.

“You’ll believe me.”

Lin Siyi talked a lot in the hospital room, and was relieved to see that the other party almost believed her.

She took a glance at the time, “Strange, why hasn’t Xueqing come over yet?”

Xiao Rui picked up her phone, dialed out and hmmmed a few times, looking at Lin Siyi, “Xueqing went home first, and asked me to tell you not to wait for her.”
