Chapter 5 - Chuliu (2/2)
Wu Ke’er extended a hand, wanting to help up Lin Chuliu, yet was coldly rejected. She immediately angrily looked toward the two. “Amicably comparing notes? You guys were clearly one-sidedly beating him up. So you’re going to lie through your teeth! Believe me when I say I’m telling my dad. Fights are prohibited at school!”
“Don’t, don’t, Ke’er. Listen to us explain-”
Shi Gaotian and Guo Zheng wanted to say more, but Wu Ke’er had gone chasing after Lin Chuliu because he had left.
“Lin Chuliu that bastard is bad luck!” Guo Zheng cursed.
Shi Gaotian looked at Lin Chuliu’s figure from behind as he left and contemplated, “Why does he never fight back even though he’s clearly…”
“Hmph, you don’t need to think about that. It’s clearly because he’s afraid his school president father in law will be disappointed in him. After all, fights are prohibited at school.”
Guo Zheng turned his head yet couldn’t see Qian Haopeng and cursed, “Fuck, that little virgin shit can’t do anything else, but he sure runs fast!”
–
We Ke’er jogged. “Chuliu, wait for me.”
Even though he had clearly been beaten up, he moved very quickly. It was impossible to tell where he was hurt.
“Lin Chuliu, stop!”
Lin Chuliu sure enough stopped his steps. This let Wu Ke’er feel very happy for a moment, and she immediately ran up.
“Lin Chuliu, they hit you. Why didn’t you fight back? You’re clearly stronger than them!”
Seeing the other about to speak, Wu Ke’er swiftly added, “Don’t say it’s because the school doesn’t allow fights. You know the president is my dad. If I’m here, he won’t dare come bother you!”
Lin Chuliu was puzzled in his heart, but his voice was serious, “Wu Ke’er.”
“I’m here!” Wu Ke’er loved the other calling her name the most.
“We’re students, so we should comply with school rules.”
“Huh, but-”
“No buts.” Lin Chuliu took out his phone and looked at the time. “I still have stuff to do. You should go home first.”
Wu Ke’er asked, “What would you have left to do?”
Lin Chuliu said, “To teach a lesson to someone who didn’t follow school rules.”
The speed he left by was so fast that Wu Ke’er couldn’t catch up at all. She angrily stomped her feet.
