At the sandbank, Saeko and Takashi are currently resting and after Takashi's sudden question the atmosphere between the two became awkward.

”Shall we leave now?” said Saeko because it is really getting late and they don't want to delay anymore because the others will get worried about them.

”I think it is better to spend the night here at the sandbank because it is already night time and during this time of day, going outside would be dangerous” said Takashi because they've lost the sunlight so it's hard to depend on the vehicle's light for their only source of vision and they'll be safe here at the sandbank because the walkers can't cross the river.

”Are you sure about that? The others will get worried” said Saeko. ”It's better to be safe than to rush towards them, they'll understand” said Takashi.

”Well you're the man, Komuro” said Saeko as she submitted to Takashi's proposal. ”Then let's build a fire, it's getting cold” said Saeko because even though they'll attract the walker's attention by building a fire it is fine because the walkers can't get to them anyways.

”Oh wait let me fetch some materials to burn and a match at the vehicle” said Takashi as he went to the vehicle and scavenge for things to burn.

Night has come and the city is way too quiet making it look like a ghost town except for the low growls being emitted by the walkers no other sound could be heard.

After a few minutes, Takashi have constructed a fire and both of them surrounded it, for it is cold tonight.

Saeko is now all dried up but she hasn't still returned Takashi's jacket, she wanted to wear it more until tomorrow, not being a weirdo but Takashi's scent has infatuated Saeko.

Takashi and Saeko are sitting right besides each other around the fire, the atmosphere is quiet none of them are willing to talk,they just focus their gaze on the fire burning at their front.
