*BAAAAAAAAAAAM!* What?! It was blocked by Siren's wings! She used her wings as a shield and it was tough! Scy's attack didn't affect it at all!

*SWOOOOOOOSH BAAAAAAAAAAAM!* Suddenly, after blocking the attack, she unleashed a powerful wave using her wings and pushed Scy back! She's really powerful after all!

He almost lost balance too but he was able to maintain. Hmmmmm?

*GRAB* Siren's summoned ghost below the ground grabbed his right foot! He tried to struggle but he can't let go!

”RAVEN'S FEATHER STORM!” She unleashed feathers, sharp as blades, from her wings! Scy's in trouble! She, or should I say he, can't dodge it because of that pesky ghost that grabs his foot! Should I help him now?!

-Order of Light City, West Gate-

*Akko's POV*

These little dragons are so annoying! They kept on reviving after we killed them. Working with this Azzie girl isn't that fun too. We're losing the West Gate. A lot of monsters already passed right through the defenders. Scy, where are you?

”Sir! The civilians are safe for now with the help of the assassins from the guild of Scythus but Raven's army is already inside the city. We also already lit the beacon ages ago but there's no reinforcement from other guilds.” What? Damn Ravens. Why now of all times.

”I understand. If by any chance we don't get reinforcement. I guess all we can do is defend the city with the best we can. I hope that there would be a miracle.” This is bad. Our only choice right now is to gamble. It's either we fight without any chance of winning or escape this forsaken city.

I'm running out of mana. The spellcasters are also too exhausted now. This is really bad.

”ACCCK! AAAAAAAAH! AAACCCCCK!” This is a slaughter. Defenders are dying so fast. Without the help of supports, there's no way they can survive the monsters attacks not to mention that Legendary Bosses are also trying to enter the city. This is really insane!

*BAAAAAAAAAM BABABAAAAAAAM!* Celeste's golem finally fell down and she doesn't have the mana to reconstruct it. Drake and Zed are also not doing well either. Defenders and warriors are dying so fast. Monsters are burning the buildings near the West entrance. We're losing the city!

The Light that surrounds the city slowly faded. It looks like the supports did their best but they can't hold to it forever. Mari, the leader of the supports, collapsed. She overdid it.

”Mari! Hey, wake up. Are you ok?!” Azzie stopped using fire spell and checked Mari if she's ok. Dumb girl! Why did you leave me alone!

*ROOOOOOOOAR!* Some drakes reached the city! I can't hit all of them by myself!

*BUURRRRRRN* A drake unleashed a powerful flame breathe all over the city burning buildings like crazy! Damn Azzie! This is your fault!

”What?! So dark! I can't see anything! RUUUUUUUUUN!” This is bad! A lot of players are now fleeing the battlefield because of the darkness! Weak-hearted players run away in fear and panic.

”People of New Life Online! Please don't panic and strengthen your resolve! We have to defend the city at all cost!” Aika tried her best to raise our morale but it's not working!

”HAHAHAHA! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! THE CITY WILL BE MINE!” The Frozen King, with his freaky hollowed voice.

Suddenly, I felt exhaustion. Ugh... I have to rest for about two to five minutes or I'll die here.

”Hey, Akko. Hang in there!” It was Elou. He grabbed me because I almost collapsed.

”Sorry, Elou. We're losing. This invasion is really impossible for us to stop.” I said after regaining balance.

”Don't say that. I found Scy and he's currently fighting with Siren. We have to buy more time. I'm sure Scy's planning something that would end the invasion.” Elou said. You don't have to say it. I'm pretty sure he will stop this.
