43 Ism not that weak (2/2)

”Hey you okay ? ” Zen wraps her with his shawl noticing her shiver .

”Thank you . I'm fine . My back hurts ... Can I lay on your lap and gaze the stars ?”

”Uh.. Sure . ” Alisha lies on his lap . Gazing the stars . She recalls all the events that took place from the time she left Lauderdale.  She was sure ,  She had no regrets .

”It's so pretty ! So peaceful . ”

”I don't know . Stars are just stars what's so different about them I wonder ”

”Huh. .. That again .. I would teach you a good lesson if I was well enough . Oh well... You are still just the same Zen ”

”When did you assume I changed lady ? You sure do assume a lot of things without me knowing don't you ? ” He glanced at her leaning down but she was already asleep .

”Oh boy ! Did you even hear what I said ?” Sighing he lifted her and walked to the palace . Zen had sent a letter to Alisha's parents explaining them of all the consequences and situations. They rushed to Isla. Alisha was all better thanks to the care taken by the nurse , maids and the court physician. She was surprised to be visited by her family all of a sudden . The royal Islan Family welcomed Alisha's family in a very graceful way . Zen invited them so that they can meet Alisha and apologise for involving her in his personal conflict to which Alisha suffered .

Alisha walked down the stairs after knowing their arrival from the maids. She was quite displeased as Zen never spoke to her about it .

” Welcome to Isla . I hope you all had a safe journey ” Zen approached them as they made their way in .

”Thank you . It's a pleasure to meet you Your Highness. ” Alisha's father Mr. Grisham  Lithias worked for the king of Lauderdale. The Lithias were a noble family highly distinguished in the society.  The siblings bowed before the king . Alisha's mother hugged her  .

”My dear ... How have you been ?  It's been so long !! Have you been eating well ? Are your injuries okay ? We were so worried after knowing what happened . Why didn't you inform us ? Are you still mad at us for sending you away ? My daughter I missed you so much . ”

”Mother ! I'm fine . Besides who told you all of this ? What are you all doing here I don't understand ” Alisha held her mother's shoulders and tried to calm her down. She explained her everything as everyone take seats in the main hall.  They were served with the best of fruits and sweets. Drinks and savoury.  Unable to hold on longer Alisha stood up and faced Zen .

”What's going on here ? Why did you inform everyone ? ”
