” Call me ... father . I'm no longer the King . That young man is the one who hold the future of this land .. ” He coughs ... his voice was heavy . Zen rubs his back to pacify him .

”What exactly is he suffering from ? Can I please check on him ?”

”You will ? ”

”Yes ... ” She nods . Zen allows her to do so . She places her right on his chest and closes her eyes .She was trying to focus on his breathing .

”He .. has problem with his lungs . Isn't that right ? ”

”Yes... but how did you ?” Zen was shocked ... she identified the core of his disease in an instant .

”Don't worry his disease can be cured . I'll just need some time . You will be fine father trust me . I'll Cure your illness . ” She assures to which the old man nods . He thought she was just trying to console him . The maid walks in as it was his tea time . Zen and Alisha leave after talking to him for sometime . As they walked through the hallway Zen couldn't supress his curiosity so he asks out.

”What you said earlier .. was it for real ? I mean ... what do you mean ..?”

”You doubt me ? Well I thought you are aware of my abilities . ”

”Huh?”

”These red hair hold a lot of secrets. My grandmother belonged to the clan who possessed red hair and their major ability was in healing people but jealousy arouse among the other clans and the entire clan was annihilated. Only my grandmother survived . Nobody inherited this hair except for me and so I was protected and hidden from others . I'm capable of rain summoning because I'm a a daughter of himeran and Raifan. We the ones who possess red hair are Himeran so is my father but he did not inherit those genes nor the abilities . My mother is a Raifan who can summon the clouds . Only a child of a Raifan and the Himeran can summon the rain . Are you .. able .. to understand? ”

Zen tilted his head sideways .

”Pretty. .complicated stuff ... but yeah I got what you said . Keep talking ”

”Great so basically in addition to healing The Himeran are able to summon the wind . Thats why people are so determined to get me and that includes you as well ”

”Hmm.. I was told about people who possessed red hair in the past by my uncle but I never new the finer details . Glad I saw you or someone else would have picked you .”

”Really what are you after me or my abilities? ”

”You ...! .huh.... anyways I need to borrow the court library and I'll commence the treatment . There is something I need to check out .”

”Sure .”Zen leaves to his quarters . On her way Alisha meets Ashia who comes running towards her .

”Hold on Ashia ... why are you in such a hurry ?”

”My lady ! .. I'm so glad you are safe . I apologise My lady ... I failed in my job to protect you ..” Ashia bows before her but she waves her hands continously .

”No ...please stand Ashia. It wasn't your fault . I heard from Neil that they took you captive as soon as we began to leave to lauderdale. I was actually worried . I'm the one who needs to apologise here . I'm sorry you went through all that trouble because of me .”

”Please don't apologise ma'am but it's all over now . His Majesty dealt with the culprits . You will be safe now . I'll be more careful from now onwards . ”

”Yes . ”

”Anyways do you wish to use the library My lady ?”

”Ah yes . I have some work to do . ”

”I'll be standing outside until you are done .”

”That's really not required but I can't refuse if you want to . I'll be back as quickly as possible .” She smiles as he nods . She needed to refer some books and soon after she went to meet the court herbalists to prepare medicines . Zen had a meeting with the elders regarding the latest incident .

”It's a serious thing that they have done . It was awfully reckless wasn't it ? You didn't give any additional punishment to them . An attempt to murder is a punishable offence ... A death penalty . Not to forget its the king we are talking about .” One of the elders spoke as politely as he could .

”If I do that I'll just sow more resentment and end up a target again . The cycle of hatred will continue . ” Zen replies letting out a sigh .

”Those are words of the red haired princess. Aren't they ?”

”She should be getting used to the life here by now ”

”Who knows ?” . They discuss among themselves .

”I think she is getting some strict training being the King if Isla's soon to be wife .” Zen says .

”Oh , in preparation for the party , eh ? How wonderful! ” The elder nods to himself as he smiles .
