”Yes. I am also thinking about the same thing. How can be there is a secret room here when nobody knew it's existence? Even if Lucas has renovated it later, at least Neil Partick should have known about it. Otherwise how anyone can add some room randomly in a house like this? I don't know why, but feeling something creepy here.” Karl replied.
”There are much more things we have to discover than we thought,” Charlie said thoughtfully. Karl nodded.
”Boss, here is your laptop.” A security guard handed Charlie his laptop. He accepted it and tried to hack the systems present in that house.
Karl left to search for the other rooms. He and the other securities searched for a long time. Mrs Smith's guess was correct. They were able to find out the hidden cameras in each room. Lucas had even installed a microphone in Neil Patrick's room.
”Lucas is really very clever. He was keeping his eyes like this on you. He must have known everything beforehand. So, he was able to Kidnap Zinu so easily.” Karl said to Neil Patrick, who was standing near him.
”But, I think, that is not possible. Mrs Smith had alerted me and my wife about it, so we both were cautious. We two never talked anything between us, which can create any suspicion. Even we used the telephone and mobile very limited. I only used messages to keep in contact with Mrs Smith. Mrs Smith told us that, our phone calls may be also be tapped. ”Neil Patrick said.
” Ok. ”Karl replied and went near Charlie, who was trying to hack the nearby CCTV footage.
” Have you got anything?”Charlie asked Karl. He nodded and informed about his findings.
”Yes. There are hidden cameras in every room, so there must have some recordings. ” Karl asked Charlie.
”No Karl. That Lucas is not a fool to leave anything for us. I think he knew that we will be here anytime, so he shifted the computers where were the recordings. He must have deleted the all the recordings as I could get nothing. I don't know what software he is using, but I even could not hack anything.”Charlie replied in frustration.
Charlie was trying to get some clues about Lucas through the systems that Lucas used. But he failed.
Both Karl and Charlie were more worried now. They tried almost the whole night, but they could not get anything.
They discussed their future plan. They both knew that without any clue, they would not be able to find Zinu.
” Karl, now what to do?”Charlie asked worriedly. He added.”I think we should take a little rest. My brain had stopped working. We at least should wait for Rosa. I think she is the only way left for us.”
”Yes. I am also feeling the need for a shower. Let us wait for the boss. I think he would be better after sleep. David would also be reached here by then.”
