Fu Sichen and the cat got into the lift. When they reached the apartment, Fu Sichen poured Pei Zhen some milk.

“Wait for a moment; it will be ready soon.”

Fu Sichen had been living alone for many years at that point, but he wasn’t exactly a homely person.

Normally, he would do take-out rather than cook his own meals, even more so since he was filming the next day.

So, Pei Zhen was quite gleeful when he noticed that Fu Sichen was heading into the kitchen with his sleeves rolled up.
