At noon, just as the music from work rang out, Ye Zhen received an internal phone call from the Department Manager: ”Xiao Ye, come to me.”
The manager is also working in an open office area, just a few blocks away from her.
She went to the manager's desk and whispered, ”manager Zhou, I'm here.”
The manager looked up at her: ”Xiaoye, do you really want to transfer to the construction site?”
”Well, I've made it clear that I can get the maximum exercise on the construction site. I want this opportunity.”
”But it's good for you to get back to the headquarters in the city on weekends, but it's really good for you to leave the headquarters on weekends?” The head office has been troubled by the lack of young talents willing to go to the construction site for a long time. However, Ye Zhen was the first employee to apply for the job site on his own initiative, which surprised the manager.

”It will take at least two years to get off the site. Do you think you can stay so long?”

The manager was even more surprised: ”do you have a boyfriend? May I ask why you are so firm? ”
The manager is a capable woman over 40 years old. With her intuition as a woman and her years of experience in the workplace, she can vaguely see that what kind of emotional stimulation Ye Zhen has had in her work.
But that's a good thing. Young people are easy to be troubled by their feelings. Compared with falling down or changing their temperament after being lovelorn, putting into work is undoubtedly a very positive choice.

Although it is hard to get off the construction site, the income is at least one-third higher than that in the head office, and young people who have undergone grassroots training are more likely to be appreciated by the company. Basically, all the young employees who can stay at the grass-roots level for more than two years have become the backbone of the company's key training and promotion. She said that she wanted to leave the construction site not only to leave the people and things that made her exhausted, but also to fight for her own life and future.

She smiles: ”young people like you are willing to work on the construction site. I think the company will certainly support it. This application report should be passed soon. You should be ready to go to the construction site now.”
Ye took a deep breath: ”thank you, manager. If possible, I hope I can go down this week.”
The manager was surprised for a few seconds before he said, ”I see. I will arrange for someone to take over your work as soon as possible.”
”Xiaoye,” she then said sincerely, ”you have performed well in the company for more than two years. You are highly praised by everyone. As your direct superior, I am reluctant to let you go. However, I prefer to see you have greater growth and future.”
Ye Zhen's voice slightly choked: ”thank you, manager, I will try my best.”
If you lose something, you will get a good harvest. At least, her company, her superiors and colleagues treat her well, and her work and her efforts have not betrayed her, so not everything is bad.
