When Ethan Chance came home from work, she didn't see Aylin Lui.

He was so happy to see his little wife, because these few days he was so busy that he can't even come home much.

He misses his wife so much that on his way home from work, he can't stop smiling when he thinks about seeing his wife.

But when he reaches home, there's no one at home.

And there's no servant in the mansion.

A home is not home without his little wife around.

Ethan Chance started getting worried. He tried to call her, but her phone was off. He waited for a while and then he called again, but her phone was still off.

”Where did this woman go!” Ethan Chance said. Feeling worried and frustrated at the same time.

'Did she got herself in trouble again?' Ethan Chance thought in her head.

He decided to wait again. If Aylin Lui didn't show up by crack of dawn, Ethan Chance was going to turn the city upside down.

Ethan Chance waits for a long time in the darkness. Then a door opened and then the light turned on. Standing there was his little wife with blood stains on her clothes and hands.

Seeing that the person standing in front of him was doing ok, Ethan Chance sighs in relief.

But seeing her pale face, fury was all he felt at that moment. He wishes he's there for her when she's in danger and shoots those bunch of despicable people who hurt his little wife.

”How did you get hurt?” Ethan Chance asked coldly. There's no trade of wariness in his tone.

Aylin Lui frowned upon hearing Ethan Chance words.

She didn't think that he'll be home today since he hasn't been home for a few days.

'Why is he alone in the darkness? Isn't he busy with his work? Why is he suddenly coming to my place?' Aylin Lui thought in her head.

”Why are you in a bad mood? Is the company not doing well?” Aylin Lui asked.

'Is she think the company is more important than her life?' Ethan Chance thought.

”Don't you know why I am mad?” Ethan Chance asked. ”You damn woman. You always got yourself hurt.”
