Chapter 37 - Will She Allow Me? (1/2)

After Ethan Chance left the Jewelry store, he went straight to his company.

He called Secretary Bin to let everyone know that there will be a meeting in thirty minutes.

The upper rushed to the meeting room as fast as they can. They wonder why did their boss hold an emergency meeting. He just hold an emergency a few days a go.

With ice cold eyes, he sat there like a demon king. The employees are dead scared.

'God please help us. We don't know what we did wrong.' they thought in their head.

”I called everyone here because I have something to say.”

The employees gulp their Silva and pay attention to what their boss going to say next.

”I'll be taking three days off. I want everything goes smooth while i was not here.”

The employees are surprised by his words. Where did our boss going that he need to take days off.

He hold a very long meeting there. The meeting was hold in the middle level of the building. Ethan Chance was a very scary strict boss. He want everything goes smooth when he's absent. His employees are dead tired, but they can't do anything. This is the first time that their boss going to take a long leave. Ethan Chance never took a day off before. This is the first time that he'll take a long leave.

Leo told him to take seven days off but Ethan Chance take only three days off. Three days is already too long for him.

When the meeting end, it's almost midnight. Ethan Chance walked out the meeting room and drive straight to his Mansion. The employees sigh in relief when they see their boss left. Their boss really put his works before anything else.

Sometimes they have to work twenty-four hours without getting any rest. But they still choose to work there. Well.. they got no choice. Before they got hired, they sign a contract saying they will work there all their lives all day and all night. If anyone want to quit, that person will have to pay one billion.

The company have strict rules. No one is allow to date, no outsider allow to go in or out easily. Because of that no one dare to ask whoever they like out. Not even the employees relative can come and go in. No one is allow to go to the CEO office. The only person who allow to go in the CEO office is Ethan Chance secretary.

They company is tight securities. Anyone who can go in and out have company pass. Only the employees have the company pass. So it's safe to work there the whole day and night because there's only employees go in and out there.

No one know what the CEO office looks like. The company employees are curious but they're not allow to go up the top level to take a quick peek.

They're curious why did their boss took a few days off. Their never took a day off before.
