Knight let out an evil smile as he gave a burst of loud laughter. He then crossed his arms and stared at everyone on the scene, ” This is a robbery! hand us all your...oh shit (cough) (cough)”
He quickly remembered that he accidentally spoke out the words he used to speak before robbing people in the divine continent and shut his mouth.
”What's going on here?”
He then asked directly looking at Shane and everyone turned their heads and looked at him, faces filled with confusion.
”I'm in a bit of a rush, so tell me what's going on here before I beat it out of you ” He calmly said with a smile as the soldiers had a frightened look on their faces because only Shane had the ability to fight a peak level Grandmaster and by sensing the powerful aura coming from this young man, they knew he's not someone to be trifled with.
Of course, Knight heard everything and saw everything before coming. His interest in the matter was piqued when he heard about this book of ark. As far as he was concerned, it wouldn't be a normal book or they wouldn't have sent a group of great masters and a mid-level Grandmaster to catch a master-level girl like her.
If that book was so valuable to someone, he wanted to get his hands on it to see if he could use that book to Everlight's advantage. Besides, he kinda felt like this was a design of fate to meet them in this forest.
Shane's expression turned cold as he smiled at Knight, killing intent radiated out from his eyes.
”Lad, this has got nothing to do with you. If you are smart enough, get the fuck out of here!”
Shane's grab on Lia's neck tightened as he yelled at Knight.
At this point, another soldier stepped forward and glared at Knight, ”Hey kid, where on earth do you come from? You dare to mess with us House of Morisse. Are you tired of living?”
Since they wouldn't be able to win a fight with him, they decided to use their house name to scare him away.
”Didn't I tell you I'm in a rush? Have it your way then”
He released his arms as bolts of lightning appeared all around him.

Shane shouted at Knight. He decided to use the same tactic he used against the old man.
”Sorry guys, this is not going to be a long interesting fight”
Knight sneered and said to the soldiers in front of him and then,
Boom!
”AHH!”
Lia saw a bolt of lightning coming towards her and then, a hot liquid splashed on her.
”GENERAL SHANE!”
The remaining soldiers were shocked as well as their mouths opened wide in fear. The way they looked at him took a tremendous change. They shivered in fear and looked at him though they were looking at a strange beast!
”Now it's your turn”
The bolts of lightning violently danced around Knight.

At the very last moment, the soldiers regained their senses and started conjuring different spells in a bid to defend themselves but were still scared stiff.
Regardless of whatever spells or skills they cast, none of them couldn't touch the youth in front of them.
After their futile attempts to defend themselves were made apparent, they stared right at the purple bolt of lightning as it descended down upon their faces. At the next moment, everything turned black as they left the mortal world to meet General Shane in hell.
