”Hey Don, I heard you left the princess alive? Have you gone soft?”
At the moment Don was having a round table meeting with his people in Everlight.
”Yeah tell me about it”
Knight knew Don did the rational thing but he liked to make fun of Don anyways
”Sorry I'm late”
Nikalas entered the meeting room and joined Don in the round table with Ken, Benedict, Arrora, Knight, Reghys, Arwen, Amaryll, Dhursir, Uncle Dior, and Reghys.
Even with all these people, Dragon King's round table still had some seats remaining which made Don wonder how many people that the Dragon King had under his command.
Seeing everyone was here at the meeting, Knight said
”We have good and bad news, which one do you guys want first?”
”Give us the bad news Knight”
Amaryll said as everyone seemed to agree with her choice
”Our men killed the entire army of Agoria and now we have to use our men in Everlight to protect Agoria ”
���Why can't we use the army of Emir? We can split them into two groups and sent one group to Agoria”
Uncle Dior suggested as Amaryll nodded her head as she said
”Yes, it's not like they actually died in the bombing. Speaking of which, Don did you find the guys who were sent to do the job?”
”Yeah, his name is Cassek. According to Clemo, he and Garreth was pretty close and he said, he could be the only who Garreth trusted with such things”
”I put my team in his trail Don, we'll soon have news about his whereabouts”
”I kinda feel sorry for them, they really believed the rumors we spread about the Azrite deposit”
Uncle Dior said.
”We also knocked up Harold's messengers, that guy would have thrown a wrench in our plans by offering half of the Emir to Garreth”
”It's a good thing we didn't let that happen, Knight”
Hearing everything, Nikalas realized that his uncle Harold really got screwed by the people sitting here with him.
”What's the good news?”
Reghys asked Knight as a wide proud grin appeared on his face
”Our men really performed well in the battle, the critical injury we suffered was a sprained ankle and that's because he was too excited to kill the Agorians and didn't see the stone before him ”
”I bet he must be an overgrown elf” Dhursi burst into laughter as seeing the old dwarf laughing even Nikalas had a good chuckle
”Sorry to burst your bubble old man, he's a dwarf”
”WHAT!?”
Now Amaryll and Uncle Dior started to laugh as Dhursir tried to find a way out of the embarrassment and after a few moments he shouted
”Well, we dwarves prefer ta fight wi'out any armors ta obstruct our movements.So I blame tha armor, it cou' have happened ta tha best o' us”
”Yes it must be the armor”
Amaryll sarcastically said as Dhursir rolled his eyes and stopped talking
”Moving up, thanks to Nikalas, Benedict, Riya and Reghys we've now fixed the teleportation array”
”Good job everyone”
”We still have some repairing to do”
Nikalas said hearing Don's praise as he nodded and turned his gaze towards Arwen
”Arwen, What's the story behind the bloodstains in Luther and Granner?”
”At the time I reached the store, there were no bloodstains like you said so I asked around with Uncle Dior and the only valid lead we got is, some homeless people sleeping in the alley behind the store heard screaming, the day before you went to the store”
”I knew something happened there”
Arrora exclaimed as Don waited for Arwen to continue because he knew that Arwen did not finish as Arwen continued with a worried expression on his face
”So we went to the hub”
”What's a hub?”
Knight had never heard of something called hub before as Uncle Dior started to explain
”It's like any other shops Knight, only they sell information for a price”
”Wow cool idea”

Seeing Uncle Dior was going to curse the shop again for their price, Arwen cleared his throat and continued
” According to the man in the hub, It's just a rumor as lately the previous girl worked in Luther and Granner met with some shady people before she was replaced by a new salesgirl”
