Lan Qianyu cast a sweeping glance at her surroundings. Xiao Qi, Qiao Qing, and Shen Xin had all gone to change their clothes. Besides a female employee at the side, there was no one else here. Nevertheless, her heart still felt a little flustered, fearing that other people would find out about what happened between her and Ye Yan. After all, he was really her brother-in-law. She just wanted to be rid of him. Thus, she glared at him resentfully and without saying a single word, went straight to the changing room.
The female employee was about to follow after her, but Ye Yan gestured towards her, so she put down the wedding dress and went out. Lan Qianyu shouted in astonishment, “Where are you going? Aren’t I supposed to change clothes?”
The female employee did not say anything and walked out of the dressing room without forgetting to close the door behind her.
“This wedding dress is not bad.” Ye Yan walked over to her with the wedding dress. Lan Qianyu’s heart rate accelerated with every step he took towards her. When he was right in front of her, she guardedly clenched her fists tightly and asked in a low voice, “What are you doing?”
“You seem to be very scared of me?” The corners of Ye Yan’s lips curled up in a wicked smile, and he moved closer to Lan Qianyu little by little.
“Don’t mess around, my fiancé is just outside.” Lan Qianyu backed away nervously.
“It’s okay, my fiancée is also outside.” Ye Yan smirked thoughtfully, forcing her into the changing room. He then casually locked the door.
Lan Qianyu was shocked, and immediately went to open the door, but Ye Yan seized the opportunity to grab her hand. With a little tug, her entire body fell into his arms. She wanted to struggle, but he had already pressed her against the wall. The beautiful wedding dress was bunched up between them.
“The light was dim that night, so I didn’t get to have a clear look at you. I just realised.” Ye Yan lifted Lan Qianyu’s chin up with his long fingers. Narrowing his eyes, he stared at her fixedly. “You’re quite pretty.”
