Chapter 61 - I like you even more now. (1/2)

A slap resounded across the corridor. The impact was so harsh that Jing Tian ended up falling on the ground. Jing Lihua's expressions were terrifying. Years of resentment worked up. She bent on her knees and roughly grabbed Jing Tian's hair.

”I don't care what you are up to. I don't care if you are Su Lanfen's new dog or not. But let me tell you, if you ever cross me again that will be your end.”

Jing Tian was horrified. She had expected a response from Jing Lihua but not such a violent one. The murderous look in Jing Lihua's eyes chilled her to the marrow. She regretted ever agreeing with Su Lanfen for her own benefits. Benefits would only matter if one lived to enjoy them. But looking at Jing Lihua's scary eyes, she felt like her life was short.

Jing was a coward. She would act arrogant only in front of those whom she was confident she could stomp under her shoes. Like she used to stomp Jing Lihua under her shoes. But right now, this Jing Lihua looked so different from the one she used to

”Shh. I'm not done talking.” Jing Lihua sneered. It looked like she was a totally different person. ”I know you were the one who drugged me that night. I have all the evidence and reports from the government and even the driver whom you bribed into assaulting me is under in my hands and tortured to that point of losing sanity that he'll spew everything once he sees my face. Do you really think you want to continue doing whatever you are up to?”

”I-I'm...”

”Be a nice dog and go to your master to tell her if she doesn't stop getting in my way... or Zhao Liying way, I'll have no choice but to find a way to end her once and for all. Tell her that she was capable of overcoming the scandal only because I took pity on her. But next time, I won't be this generous.”

Jing Lihua didn't wait for her to respond. Jing Tian's face was pale and it looked like she could faint anytime soon. A hand was printed on her cheek, ruining her face perfectly. She covered her ruined face with her hand and dashed out of there as if her life depended on it.

”She really didn't think I would kill her, did she?”

Jing Lihua rose and looked ahead. Her eyes met a smiling Li Zhiqiqang at a distance. She had already spotted him before slapping her sister. That was one of the reasons she had slapped her. She wanted to show that man that she was such a horrible person. That she would slap her own sister. So Li Zhiqiang would quit the idea of chasing her.

”Do you still want to have any thoughts to steal me?” Jing Lihua smiled. Her voice had a hint of taunt and intimidation in them. Like she was some evil devil.

”Fiesty.” The smile in his eyes wouldn't go away. ”I like you even more now.”

Jing Lihua: ”...”

She brutally slapped and terrorized a white lotus in front of him and he says... he says... 'I like you even more'? Her scheme totally failed.

Jing Lihua sighed helplessly. She would have to think of better methods to chase him away. He was such a difficult person.
