Chapter 10 Queen Lyn 2 (2/2)

When he noticed it was getting chillier, Allen decided to head down. He had been watching from the bridge and decided it would be best to let the general handle this matter. He was well aware of the girls frustrations and attitude, that's why he took a stroll so early in the morning. Allen had a feeling he would find her like this, practicing away, trying to get her mind of things or trying to sort her thoughts out. It seemed as though today it was the later.

When he came down, he spotted the mist kingdoms advisor and head aide. Pupillam was leaning over and watching something.

”What are you doing sneaking around for? It's unsightly.”

”Uh, K--King Allen..”

Allen followed the direction of the girls gaze and signed. She must have been worried too, ”As I said before. Leave Lyn to me.” He understands her convictions about getting too close to the Queen. Indeed he also doesn't think it's appropriate for those with lower rank to form a close bond.

He waits for no response and made his way over. The two had momentarily stopped their sparing.

Allen wrapped his jacket around her.

”Ah..”

Lyn chuckled softly, ”I thought you'd join me. You've been watching for awhile right?”

”Unlike yourself, today I intended to actually take a peaceful stroll and not wear myself out so early in the morning. While I do admit that training in the morning is also good for your brain....” Allen paused, seeing that the girl watched him.

”What?”

”No, l was thinking how kind you are.”

...Kind? That is not a word he would use to describe himself even now, ”Please head inside, the morning air is chilly. Lyn.”

”Very well.”

”Are you sure?”

”Yes the mist Kingdom's Queen raised their flags and declared war against our kingdom the moment it stroke midnight.”

Manic laughter escovet this lips then, as he clenched his fist. Finally, finally that woman made a move. Taking over her dear friends body was quite risky, and he understood that eventually thestubbornness of this woman who he took over will drove him out. At least that's what he thought so originally. But three years smoothly went past with nothing happening.

It appears as though, your dear friend actually disliked you to a certain degree. Or bares some sort of grudge. Whatever it was, the woman will power is weak and she won't be able to drive him away. It's time to truly take advantage and use this body as he liked, a bright light surrounded her. The people in the room who were aware of the Queen's power attempted to leave the room. But before they could leave, they were all frozen.

What magnificent power. It truly is a blessing, this body. He has to thank Queen Lyn. If she didn't win that battle, then the plans he had in mind wouldn't be this grand.
