Mrs. Cloud didn't look the slightest bit amused. In fact, not a part of her moved at his comment.

Vixen let out a sigh before continuing.

”This links back to one of the reasons why the patient was placed on a one-month extra prohibition of going out of her room,” Vixen continued.

”In what way?” Mrs. Cloud asked.

”Regan Duran has a kind of impulsive behavior and is prone to start hyperventilating out of nowhere from a trigger that no one knows while behaving like she's stuck in some nightmare of her own that plays out in the day time right in front of her,” Vixen explained, ”it's kind of washes over her like wave she's caught up in.”

Mrs. Cloud's forehead furrowed and yet no lines could be seen on them. ”Oh, that's horrible, poor girl.”

Vixen didn't even want to look at her face, he didn't want to know whether she was telling the truth or playing with his feelings with petty lies. T self-deprecating

”Hm,” Vixen nodded, ”she's also one for self-deprecating and tends to talk less of herself based on acts that she committed.”

Mrs. Cloud's face paused for a moment and the same thought passed her head and her son's. 'How pathetic.'

”I didn't call you here for a patient analysis, tell me how that contributes to whatever happened today,” Mrs. Cloud asked, her eyes peering down at Vixen.

Vixen nearly clenched his jaw in her presence but held himself back. He didn't want to get fired. He also didn't want to explain the situation. He was more than sure that she already knew the gist of what was going on and yet was trying to force him to say words that he looked like he was unwilling to say. It was sickening but was such a strong display of power that he was immediately pinned below her.

He continued to explain.

”This morning, at breakfast with her new server, she had another one of her episodes right in front of him. He tried to help her at the beginning but then she grew out of hand to watch and to have to take care of so he quickly left the room to try and find help for her in the midst of her episode,” Vixen continued.

”So you mean to tell me that that door was left open during her episode?” Mrs. Cloud asked.

Vixen froze for a moment, temporary fear washing over him before he nodded his head. He wanted to lie so much, to say it wasn't, to say it was left open before then, to simply say, 'no.' But he couldn't, it was a blatant lie that wouldn't fit into the situation no matter how one saw it.

”Ah..” Mrs. Cloud nodded.

Vixen flinched when she said nothing after. It was threatening in every way. The way she chose not to speak, that is. He knew for a fact that she was one to immediately throw insults or to belittle one's self as soon as a foolish act is mentioned, but… why was she being quiet now? It was terrifying.

Vixen flinched and sat up straight, taking a sip out of his own tea. It was cold. He couldn't tell if it was because it had been out for the longest time or simply because of the intense drops in temperature every time Mrs. Cloud was ticked off.

It was surprising. How the seat he sat on remained burningly hot while his entire surrounding was deep below zero. No… it was terrifying. It was those little details that made him question if he had walked into an office or hell instead.

”The server, ran through the halls looking for someone that was experienced enough to deal with her episode and to calm her down,” Vixen continued, ” at that same time, I happened to be done with my serving and was in the hallway with the one I was serving at that moment.”

Vixen took a sip of his tea. His voice was getting dry.

”There, he came to me and begged for my assistance at the scene of Regan's episode to which I immediately came running to help,” Vixen recalled. ”When we got there, she was laying on the ground like she was on the verge of life and death, her body twitching while lying lifelessly on the ground.”

”Hm,” Mrs. Cloud nodded. It was simply a curtsey. To show that she was listening and to pretend that her precious time wasn't being wasted by the moment.

”I immediately ran in to help her as I had already seen a situation like that,” Vixen continued.
