His grip on her hand tightened.

'This idiot…' Vixen thought to himself. He had seen new marks on her arm and the ones from before had begun to fade into her hand's history.

Vixen flipped the hand he was holding over and flinched when he saw the marks. His eyes closed tightly and he covered them up again. This was the reason why he didn't was to leave in the first place. That she would do this to herself, that she would self-harm, that's what he was worried about.

'At least she isn't starving herself anymore,' Vixen thought to himself as his eyes trail her bodyline. She didn't gain a lot of weight but she gained enough to calm Vixen down.

He looked up at her face. Sometimes he wished to be able to look into her mind, to see what was in there and address it as he felt needed. He would knock on her head, take a peep, and look at who was inside and have a talk with that person. She was suffering from whatever was in her mind, that's for sure.

He recalled how he had seen her when he first ran into the room, he had been shaken to his core. She seemed so weak, laying there on the ground like she had faced death and barely got away. He let out a deep sigh. It was concerning, not only for him but probably Antonin as he wouldn't be able to look at her the same way anymore after seeing that.

'Should I come back?' Vixen thought to himself, as he stared at Regan.

He hated the fact that he was called at the last moment when he could have been there at the first and saved her before it got worse. He could have calmed her, he knew how to but he couldn't. He thought about the distance they had between each other and let out a deep sigh. It was his decision so why was he regretting it now?

It was his distance but why was he regretting it now? Why did he hate how far apart they were. Why did he want to come closer? He was conflicted, his body receiving two different answers at one time.

He had already hurt her, probably left in a moment where she needed him the most. After telling her to put herself together, he ran away and probably brought whatever she had built crashing down to pieces. In a way, this was his fault. That she ever got to this point to be hurt like this. It was his fault, he should take responsibility, right?

Vixen tightened his grip on Regan's hand. It was soft nor hard, just the perfect mix for him to hold and a smooth surface to match. He liked holding her hand and if he simply looked away from her cuts, even her arm was beautiful. It had no marks and was long and smooth. He thought of her in a dress and then switched to a jumper. 'There was no way she was going to wear that,' Vixen thought to himself, looking up at Regan's face. He chuckled.

'Should I assign Antonin with the task of checking up on her mental care daily?' Vixen thought to himself. He let out a deep sigh, his eyes shutting tightly. 'How would I even do that? And how would he do it?'

He turned back to Regan. 'How pretty,' he thought to himself.

She needed to be monitored and not just to waste her life in a place like this with no idea of when she would get out and how the world would be liKe when she did leave.

'Should I follow her when she leaves? When would she even be ready to leave?' Vixen thought to himself. He slowly removed his hand from his and gently held her hand with both of his hands.

He placed them against his and smiled, they were tiny against his. He slid his fingers in-between hers and sighed. 'She should be asleep by now,' he thought to himself. Despite that, he sat down beside her, his eyes still glued to her face.

'Aish, she worries me more than I worry for Bri. How can a patient be so problematic and not even know it herself, or act so calm,' Vixen thought to himself. He looked down at her as she peacefully slept. 'Why are you so calm?'

Vixen let out a deep sigh. She really had fallen asleep in the same room with him, completely trusting him. There had been no hesitation when she decided to fall asleep and she had the audacity to do this around a male.

'Would she have done this around someone else?' Vixen thought to himself, his hand rising to her face and tucking hair behind her ears. 'Would she be able to rest so easily?'

It was irresponsible of her, to try to fall asleep when someone was in the room, nonetheless holding her hand when she was unconscious. What if it was Adam she was with? She would have already been eyed with different kinds of stares from him, he knew of some other people in the building who would have already topped her. Brianna hadn't even dared to do it with him around and she was the person who wanted him to notice her the most.
