There's only less than two weeks remaining before then. Wouldn't that be too rushed for Mu Zhichen? Don't forget, he's neither a model nor an actress. He may need time to prepare for it.”

Wan Jia totally missed her main points. ”My little baby's concern is rushing her fiancé and tiring him out? Are you starting to fall in love with him?”

Wan Jia recalled something. ”Speaking of which, I have something for you.” She fished out some cards from her bag and gave to her. ”These are  the invitations for your engagement party. It will be held in the Mu residence.”

Lu Meili took the cards in disbelief. ”The engagement party has been arranged already yet the bride wasn't told a word of it?”

”The bride was busy filming. In actual fact, it was arranged a long time ago. All that was left was a bride and the date.” Lu Meili squinted her eyes and Wan Jia continued. ”If you didn't go on a blind date with Zhichen that day, he would be with another woman now. His family was going to choose a random girl for him because they have never seen him bring a girl close to him.”

Lu Meili tapped a finger on her cheek. Such a man was going to be forced into marriage with a random girl?
