Lin Lihua looked at Henry's back. Her eyes were filled with the image of Katy when she left.

”Poor thing.” She unconciously mumbled.

Ruoxi clenched her fists. She would not let Lin Lihua feel pity for Katy, that b*tch. That kind of feeling could easily transform into love.

”Mom, are you still mad at me?” She asked, looking scared and pitiful.

Lin Lihua who had her feelings mixed up a moment ago smiled. ”How could I bear to be mad at you? Go to sleep, alright?”

Ruoxi looked at her, feigning innocence. As expected, Lin Lihua still loves me the most.

That little b*tch only called her 'mother' once. How can she compare to me?

Upstairs, Katy sat on the balcony, gazing at the stars.

”Katy.”

She turned with a smile on her face. ”Daddy?”

Katy felt something bad coming out of this. ”Daddy, what are you saying?”

”Katy, I have decided to let go. These remaining two months may not make Lihua change her mind and see through that idiot. It will only make you get hurt more and more. I...” He looked like he was using all his strength to say this. ”I will go through with the divorce earlier. After that, I'll take better care of you.”

The girl pinched him. Slowly, he heard footsteps. They were so familiar to him that he would recognize them anywhere but they stopped at a distance. He finally understood. Katy was putting on an act for Lin Lihua? Wait, Lin Lihua was behind him?

”Why does sister hate me so much? We obviously used to be friends. If I didn't fight with her over toys when we were kids, would she still hate me this much?”

Lin Lihua who was a short distance away felt her heart ache. Ruoxi's words had hurt Katy more than she thought...
